We were a party of 5 ladies who stayed 2 nights. This was a splendid location. Very clean and relatively quiet for being right on the main strip in OOB. Everything that you could possibly need is within a five minute walk; restaurants, dancing, the beach, the pier, endless shopping, an arcade and an amusement park. The rooms are simply but well decorated. The showers were clean with great hot water. Very comfortable. Well worth the price. I would stay there again.

This man is some kind of incredibly powerful magician or something because he somehow strong armed my friend and I into buying really expensive stuff, before telling us the price. in fact we kept asking for the price and he wouldn’t give it to us. He came off so genuine and charming it was wild. Then he ripped off the tags before we could see the original cost and ended up charging me $110 for a pair of black shorts and hoodie that he claimed was “custom” when really he just poorly put decals onto both items with some kind of press. No receipt given. He also made a weird comment about us being “quality girls” (his exact words) that made us uncomfortable. He didn’t tell me not to machine wash or dry, so I did wash it, and the logos he put on for me peeled off almost completely. This guy is like an expert at tricking people….buyer be ware fr. I honestly respect the hustle just wish it didn’t happen to me.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Beach Fantasy Boutique. Our apartment was fantastic and the owners were welcoming. My family and I have stayed at various locations in Old Orchard Beach over the years and found the price for our stay at Beach Fantasy Boutique to be comparable for a family of 6-7. The location is ideal and the apartment provided us with a great view of the street. The balcony was awesome. We look forward to booking with Fantasy Beach Boutique again next year.

You are kidding me right? This place is priced like a luxury resort, but it is run by a slum lord. First off, on top of the insane rate, he charges $30/nt to park in the lot. Surprise! Also, although the place IS clean, there is no housekeeping and you are allotted one single towel for the duration of your stay. One. We were there a week. One towel/pp. There are no towels in the bathroom or the kitchen, so if you would like to dry your hands in either place....out of luck! There are no paper towels or napkins either. We went shopping and bought towels as well as paper products because our week long stay warranted it. Also, there are window air conditioners in the bedroom which work well, but nothing in the living room which was a little disappointing, and we couldnt open the windows in the bedroom, so the option was ac or ac. Speaking of the bedrooms, like i said, no housekeeping, so one set of ill fitting sheets on a pretty dirty mattress with no mattress pad/cover and a couple of very used flattened pillows. As for the kitchen, there are a few plastic plates and mugs in the cabinets, but they are not all unbroken. There are no cooking utensils, and we found a single sketchy looking baking sheet. Also, we discovered some old potatoes in a cabinet which was quite gross. The trash is kept just outside the access point and it is horrible due to the owner running a retail establishment. Also, if you have kids, do not enter said establishment, it is entirely inappropriate.The location is pretty good, but it is not quiet. The Downeaster passes close by many times/day. It is easy walking distance to both the beach and pier as well as many restaurants which was nice. We love OOB, but will certainly never stay here again.

I strongly advise anyone not to go here. I went to the shop tonight. Bought $150 worth of clothes and was charged $100 extra… No receipt and no returns. Man was very nice but we noticed shortly after he was just talking us up so we wouldn’t notice the up-charge. Not sure if any of this is even legal or if we need to reach out to police or anything.

We had an excellent weekend here in Old Orchard Beach!!!! We are very happy with the accommodations we received!!! The owners were incredibly accommodating to us every day we were there! We loved the location, having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and it was very clean! It is an appartment so bring your own paper towels, towels, soap, shampoo, coffee and filters etc! We loved the porch The owners were ALWAYS available with any questions we had! We were able to walk everywhere, bring our dog and the off season rates were incredibly affordable!!! We loved the porch and their beautiful puppy Blue!We will definitely stay here again!

A fun clothing shop with great variety, my wife found a very cute dress! Demerits for what started as a friendly salesman saying the dress fit nicely to being a bit pushy about how "well it fits her" even after we decided to buy it. It went from sweet to perhaps a LITTLE creepy.

Not clean! Shower is moldy, walls are dirty, stove and oven dirty, a gross sponge to wash dishes. No kitchen cloth or towels. No washcloths or hand towels in bathroom. No shampoo, soap or conditioner. An outdoor mat to step onto in the bathroom. Bedding is old and outdated. Fridge froze everything. Back deck is disgusting. Carpet out there is black with mold and so is furniture. Not impressed for the amount paid.

This place is amazing! My mom, myself, and my two girls went in to get henna tattoos and it was a wonderful experience! He was such a nice person! And then we went into the shop and his wife answered all our questions and with such a nice personality! We will be back in our next vacation for sure! Thank you so much!

Fantastic place! SUPER CLOSE to the beach and VERY spacious! Michael the property owner was very accommodating and personable! Our suite had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony, kitchen, living room (with pull out couches), and a dining area! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family! We took our 5 kids with us, and had plenty of room for the kids plus us. Air conditioning was in each bedroom, which was awesome! Beds were super comfy! We will definitely be coming back here next year! Security surveillance of the property was an added bonus since we were vacationing with children. The shop below the suites was a definite added bonus! The kids shopped there with some of their vacation allowance and got some really awesome stuff. Palace Playland was very close, and so wasn’t the pier. I didn’t mind paying the parking fee, because if you get a place farther away with kids, you’d have to drive and end up paying for parking at the beach anyway. Only things we would recommend, is for wifi in the suites that is accessible. Otherwise fantastic stay! :)

The fact that this place charges what it does, and then charges an extra $30 a day on top of that to park is insane. While spacious, the apartment was dirty and the linens and towels leave much to be desired. Mattresses are dirty and come without covers. DO NOT PUT A CARD DOWN FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT. A week after our stay, the host kept our security deposit without any communication as to why he was doing so. After sending multiple messages and calls that were not answered by the host, I escalated the issue to Airbnb. At that time, Mike claimed that we had broke the screen in the door, as well as soiled the couch and floor with vomit. Neither of these accusations true. The screen door was damaged upon arrival, and we left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. There was no issue with the couch, we were sitting on it right before check out. I believe that the host either had our party mixed up with someone else, or is claiming if we did these damages because we were a bachelorette party and therefor are easy targets to blame for someone else’s damages. It would have been one thing if the host was open to communicating with me to resolve the issue, but he was not. Shady business by a shady person. There are plenty of other places to stay at OOB, don’t make the same mistake we did.
