Great location, very friendly staff, while nothing fancy, it was perfect for our needs. They just built a lovely little salt water pool on the back of the property. No need to find parking, everything is in walking distance. Our room was spotless when we arrived, and we asked for no cleaning in between. Price point was reasonable. Little kitchenette was also helpful.

We only stayed one night, but found this location to be a very good value. Room was super clean and location was excellent. We would certainly consider a longer stay in the future. Room came with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more importantly an efficient little "kitchenette" type area with a single burner hot plate and necessary pots, pan and utensils to make snacks and a quick breakfast if we needed to. We were very happy during our brief stay.

Ultra-close proximity to Ogunquit’s lovely downtown area. Highly recommend staying with this motel/hotel, you will enjoy the saltwater pool and comfortable bedding. Easily a 5 minute walk to the infamous Ogunquit Beach, and even closer to scrumptious breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots. We will return next summer season, thanks for a great stay.Walkability: 50/50 walkability score. For the price you pay, perfectly close to everything you need to enjoy Ogunquit.

You really can't beat this motel. The location is convenient, it's super dog friendly, a very short walk into town/the beach, and most visitors are quiet and respect each other. It's everything you need if you plan on being out and about most of the day with family and friends. Ogunquit is one of the best beach towns in all of New England in terms of charm, character, walkability and having friendly residents/visitors.Rooms: No frills, but absolutely clean and well maintained. You can't even tell the pet friendly rooms once had pets in them.Walkability: Basically located in the town center, a very short walk to the beach, shoppes, Marginal Way, etc. Perkins Cove is a bit of a hike from this part of town, but totally manageable.

Cleanliness, friendly, and professionalism was excellent. The location is very convenient. Right in the center town and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.Asked to have the room clean and the staff was very accommodative and did a great job.

Truly love staying here! They treat you like family, and really live up to that Maine hospitality ❤️ The location is right in the center of town , the beach is across the street and plenty of food and shops to walk to. Also they are pet friendly! The vibe is always good and of course the rooms are clean and updated. I love the suite with the balcony overlooking the street. Feels more like staying with friends/family then at a hotel! Thanks again to them!

This is our favorite place to stay in Ogunquit and we've been customers for years. We spend all day on the beach so an ocean view property isn't a priority for us. (if that's what you like, try Sea Chambers, their sister hotel, it's amazing) Not only is this motel a great value, it's a great location, clean, comfy, fabulous hot tub, friendly staff and the best morning coffee in town.

So clean, so friendly! Love that dogs are welcome! It's so close to everything. The new theater opening next store is a treat too. Listening to kids scream at the haunted house and live music at night was awesome. Such a gem of a place. We'll definitely be back!!!

Staff couldn't have been nicer! Perfect location. Short walk to the beach, walk to Perkins Cove , shops right around the corner. Comfortable rooms, dog friendly (such a plus), and rooms were clean and didn't smell like dog at all. 🙂

The young lady I spoke to helpful and pleasant when making reservations. The owner is a great compassionate man. The room size perfect remodeled and very clean. Nicely decorated with all the amenities.

Clean and affordable. We checked in very late. Past closing but the front desk made sure to leave a key behind for us. They actually stayed late and made sure we were all set. Great location too!! Walking distance to everything!

This is my "Go To" place in Ogunquit. Bring your dog and relax. I stay here twice a year. Every room is cozy and clean. Studio East is a great location right downtown and a quick walk to the beach.

Sept 4 - 7th, 2023, came here with friends and stayed in Room on the 2nd floor. The room had a small kitchen with a nice clean working refrigerator. They had a small coffee maker a toaster, and microwave oven. All the equipment looked new. Plus there was a small eating table for two. The room had 1 queen bed that was comfortable to sleep on, plus the pillows was nice and soft. We asked for a Cot to be put in our room since there were 3 of us for an additional charge of course.My friend who slept on the Cot said the mattress was just OK, and I am sure it is ready for a Foam Mattress replacement. LOVED the sign on the inside of our door that stated Guest who Smoke in the rooms will be charged 250.00 dollars Fee. NOTE, there is a Smoking Area outside by the Ice Machine if you needed to smoke. However, I did see the guy on the first floor sitting outside his room smoking. Amanda, who works there was very personable, and friendly. When I asked her for extra towels, and plastic bags I didn’t have to wait long for her to deliver them to our room. The room is equipped with a Smoke Detector and I assume a Carbon Monoxide Detector. Sherry and Jennifer who work in the Office are very professional and friendly. Honestly, all the workers I am sure that work there are hard workers, otherwise the place would not be so clean. All and all, we would definitely stay there again if we want to come back to Maine because this Hotel is right in town, walking distance to all stores, restaurants and the ocean.

A good value--not high-end, but clean and comfortable. All rooms share a narrow porch, and a few folks will typically sit out with a glass of wine around supper time. Location is ideal.

Literally the staff smoked. All the keys are the same and will open any room. The power went out while I was in shower and I got soap in my eye. Toilet clogged and I had to dig my hand in the toilet to unclog it because the woman said "oh well". The lobby smelled like feet. There was a water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. The phone looked like it was from 1980. The blinds fell on my nose. You can hear the people upstairs. The AC is incredibly loud. The carpet looks like it was in my great grandmas house and it had sand stains on it. Some guys stanky sock was under the matress. The shower was so confusing to use. Bad place

Very clean room, close to everything in Ogunquit! Pet friendly! Staff helpful and fun and the main office! I will recommend! If you don't have a pet I would suggest to ask for a room on the second floor.
