What a great place to stay. Front desk check in was wonderful. Very helpful and nice young girl greeted us and made us feel at home. We were up visiting family and wanted a place we could enjoy and relax after lots of driving. We stayed in 3 bedroom suite was wonderful. My dtr and I stayed in the 2 bedroom side and my son in the one bedroom side. Lots of room and privacy. We enjoyed take out and plenty of space to enjoy family game night to unwind. The gym and pool also offered some relaxing fun too. Beautiful accommodations and location. We look forward to coming back again and walking Maginal way and strolling downtown again.

We wanted a place close to town, close to the beach, with a kitchenette, and with a nice pool. This place checked all the boxes and then some. Great 5 night stay with two young children. It is .7 miles to the public beach and totally walkable even with kids. Just Make sure you have a good beach cart. Don’t drive to the beach from this place. The traffic can get a bit backed up and then it’s $40 to park at the beach even if you can find a spot.We loved our stay and hope to return some day.

Been coming to the Sea Rose annually for a girls trip for the past 20 years. You can’t beat it! The staff is always wonderful. Most notably, Valentine. And most recently, Lily. Note that parking is limited and they don’t allow dogs. Great location with an easy walk to Perkins Cove for a cocktail at Barnacle William’s or downtown to let loose at the Front Porch. We’ve stayed in all possible suites and they’re all clean and comfortable! The kitchens are awesome, especially for making late night snacks or boat sandwich! Can’t wait for next year!

We visited last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was well appointed and we had lots of room plus a lot of privacy as well. The staff is very professional -- Lillie is a joy to deal with. She was accomodating, and very nice. One of those people who never has an "off day" -- we appreciated that! While planning the trip she happily answered several email and provided clear and concise information.Robin was equally responsive and professional. The young lady on second shift was very nice (sorry I don't remember her name). If we had to provided feedback it would be some facility related items, for example, extra hooks in upstairs bathroom as well as a blowdryer would have been very convenient. Some drawer space in the master suite would be helpful in order not to keep clothing in suitcases. The kitchenette was well supplied and full fridge was a plus as we cooked several meals while there and needed the fridge space.Would highly recommend - thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Ogunquit! Best, from Jersey!Rooms: See reviewNearby activities: Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit are beautiful and awe inspiring.Walkability: Hotel was literally 3 blocks from downtown and a few blocks from Perkins Cove and Marginal Way as well as the beach. Honestly, we only used our vehicle when it rained or we had long distances to travel.

Stayed at Sea Rose Suites for 2 nights! The rooms were so much nicer than in the pictures. We had a girls weekend, unfortunately couldn't use the outside pool due to weather but I would definitely be interested in staying here again!Nearby activities: Downtown Ogunquit is about 10 mins down the road, lots of bars, shopping and restaurants

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a night at this charming inn during our recent trip to Ogunquit, and we were genuinely delighted with our experience.Firstly, the location of the inn couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled conveniently between downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove, it struck a balance that allowed us to explore both areas effortlessly. The best part was that everything, including the beach, was within walking distance, yet the inn managed to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, shielded from the bustling tourist crowds. For those who prefer not to walk, a trolley service was available, connecting us to all the important spots. The staff at the inn was exceptionally pleasant. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering us some fantastic recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We stayed in a suite, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Impeccably clean and modern, it came with a well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to prepare some light meals at our convenience. The suite also featured a small balcony. One perks of the inn was the on-premises parking, which was a huge relief. Not having to worry about finding parking in a busy tourist area was a definite bonus and made our stay hassle-free.I ever travel to Ogunquit again, I would try to stay there again!

Stayed three nights in a one bedroom townhouse suite in the Cliff House Suites building. Across the street from the main buildings and parking with lots of stairs, as advertised, but rooms are clean and large. Accommodations are somewhat plain, but are functional. Value for price is very good. Internet was tricky - needed to connect/disconnect/reconnect and sometimes restart phones and computers to get started and it occasionally dropped or slowed for a bit. Staff was helpful and friendly, although there is only one person so patience is required during busy times. Location is great in center of town so both south or north ends of town can be walked in about 15 minutes, depending on your pace.

This place is amazing. Little things that I like, when I checked in, the front desk attendant was amazing, she actually showed me where my townhouse was, was very friendly, and appeared to really like her job, great start. When I got into the place, I was surprise how big and nice it was, awesome. The floors….it’s Maine, the beach is right here….not a speck of sand on the floor, incredibly clean. They had NESN so I could watch the Sox at night, great AC, comfy beds. Just stay here, it’s a great place.

Absolutely wonderful! The place is clean, spacious, very pretty rooms. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were within walking distance to the beach, and tons of shops and places to eat. Love it! We will be back later this summer!

This was such a wonderful hotel and perfect for my family. I traveled with my parents and two small children. We had lots of space in the two bedroom suite during our stay this past Columbus Day weekend. The suite was very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed. This staff was very friendly and welcoming. Loved the hot apple cider in the evening! Look forward to visiting next year!

My wife and I were guests at Sea Rose Suites from Sunday, May 2nd to Thursday, May 6th. Our suite was cozy, with a kitchenette, a nicely appointed bath and a spacious bedroom with a king bed. The suite also had a small balcony and ample parking. Sea Rose is within walking distance of The Marginal Way and many shops and eateries. We had a wonderfully peaceful escape to Maine after more than a year of staying home. What made Sea Rose the right choice for us was the excellent staff. Friendly, professional and customer-service oriented, the Sea Rose staff went out of their way to make us feel like family. We highly recommend Sea Rose Suites to anyone interested in experiencing Southern Maine.

Had a nice week there with my sister's and friend. We had no room service due to CDC rules. But we didn't care, they brought clean towels every day and took the trash. They were all friendly and pleasant, would definitely go back!

We rented the house for a long weekend (3 nights), the house is very nice, open, and the big bathroom is awesome. Rooms are well decorated and beds are comfortable. Only downside is that the counter serves as the dining table: not comfortable to be sitting in high chairs for an evening. I will go back next year for sure. Highly recommended for groups of 3+ adults!

The Sea Rose has outdated and archaic cancellation and refund policies. I had to cancel due to a medical emergency. I understood that the refund policy stated that I would not receive my entire deposit back. However, I did not realize that I would receive absolutely nothing back unless I cancelled in writing far in advance. Also, I did not realize that there would be an utter lack of understanding, compassion, or basic empathy. It is a tough world out there. I understand that this is a business, but I suggest you pass by the Sea Rose and find a friendlier location that treats you like a human being and not a dollar sign.

Great staff and clean rooms. Only thing is the indoor pool closes at 8p. It's open 8a to 8p just wish it was open until like 11p to get relaxed before bed.Rooms: Nice rooms just a little smaller than how the pictures looked. Wish the allowed smoking on the balcony instead of having to go outside in the back yardWalkability: Very close to many stores.Food & drinks: They offered hot apple cider for the guests in the registration area.Noteworthy details: The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I am so pleased by the staffs friendliness. Will refer others to this location in the future

My boyfriend and I were at Sea Rose Suites for 5 days and 6 nights. We loved our stay. We booked using Travelocity and received the room we requested, which doesn't always happen when using a third party to make reservations. The front desk employees are extremely friendly and easygoing. The hotel is not beachfront, but that doesn't take away from the experience. The Sea Rose was situated in an ideal location for what we were looking for when planning our vacation. It's very close to nice shops and restaurants (5-10 minutes up the road). The Marginal Way, a beautiful trail that overlooks the water, is only 5 minutes up the road, as well. Ogunquit is a charming little town with a lot of surprises both near and far. Portland, a major city in Maine known for excellent restaurants, is just 60 minutes north of the Sea Rose. Other neighboring towns offer unique culinary experiences, both seafood-inspired and otherwise. We even had a an excellent vegan/gluten-free dinner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire one night. To say we enjoyed our stay here is an understatement. The next time I plan to vacation in southern-central Maine, I will be making my reservation here.

Cute little hotel with nice size comfortable suites! There's an indoor pool as well and jacuzzi and an outdoor one for guests. The location isn't that far from the center of town and it's convenient to the entrances of the Cliff side Marginal Way walk which to me is the most picturesque seaside walk in New England.Best of all the staff was very nice and were very helpful.

The only place we want to stay when we are in the Ogunquit area. Rooms are spacious suites and always clean. Beds are comfortable and the amenities are all we need or want. Staff is friendly and responsive. Location on Shore Road is perfect for us.

While most of the staff is friendly, a few years ago my husbands wedding band disappeared from our room (it was likely an accident and vacuumed by mistake is what we hope). We were upset but they were very nice about it (on the phone they didn’t offer any compensation). We tried to stay there again now, this time it was horrible weather (not their fault) so we barely left the room and when we did we were in sweats. I woke up with welts all over the left side of my bod (the side I sleep on) from what must be bugs living in the mattress (I’m the only one in my family who slept in that bed). It started slowly over 3 nights but was obvious after waking up on the 3rd night. I have never been more uncomfortable leaving a hotel in my life, When we told them about it there was no apology or confirmation they will look into it before having someone else stay in that room. We were just told it has never happened before like I’m at fault for this experience! Needless to say we wont be back. I hope someone else see’s this and is spared this experience.

Great room. Nice pools. Short walk to downtown shopping area. There is a nice restaurant and pizza place next door. The Marginal Way is a short walk. The Ogunquit Playhouse is also within walking distance.
