Orded a chef salad add grilled chicken. There was no ham, turkey, or cheese and the "grilled chicken" that was put on instead of added along with everything else that's supposed to be on there is cold chicken nuggets. Will not eat here again.

Boyfriend ordered me a steak bomb with extra cheese and jalapeños & you guys nailed it! It was delicious and well put together! Shout out to the cook for an A+ job!

This place has gone down hill drastically in the past year or so. The premade items including the pizza are made way too far in advance. Either soggy and tasteless or hard as a rock and cold. Pizza that’s sits in the warmer for more than an hour should be offered at a discounted price or better yet pitch it in the bin! Not worth the money in my opinion. Naples needs some local competition when it comes to quick lunch style food on the fly.

What happened to this store? It was bought out and management was changed. They were GREAT for a while and then December came and something changed !! If you want to pay nearly $20 for a steak and cheese on a sub roll or pay $15.00 for 5oz serving of potato salad or macaroni salad the. This is the place to go! You’ve lost a dedicated customer Naples Variety with your price gouging tactics! Don’t be asleep at the wheel when grabbing a quick bite here folks because the prices went from $4.99 to $14.99 overnight…. I seriously hope management sees this and reply’s because this is highway robbery and the highway isn’t even close to this place! There are way too many other places to eat close by …. Check out Annette’s Chicken and bakery, Gary’s Old Time Tavern, Hilltop Mini Mart , The umbrella Factory, The village Tie up and many other places just minutes away and save!!!!Sorry not sorry

Under new management.Hot to go variety bar .Subs or wraps the way you like. Staff is much more pleasant...Especially the guy that cooks.Very handsome ( can't remember his name)Polite, social Tats on his arms..Made me the best chicken salad wrap even had cranberry and walnuts...swear he's a mind reader!You need it or maybe want it?Seriously great wrap!Lake, pond, stream or river dayOr any day. I'll be back!

I ordered my large tuna Italian and was sticker shocked when they rung me up and she said the price was $15.11!!!! I had to asked if that was correct because last time I bought one it was only $9.17!!! Crazy...I will make the trip to Windham when I want to order out. The difference of the $6.00 won't even put a dent in the costs in gas to travel out of town. Guess this is what happens when you're the only sandwich shoppe around!!

I just got 2 pizzas. 1 cheese and one with 4 toppings. How can you mess up a cheese pizza? They managed to do so and the other pizza was scorched black on the bottom. The order also took 20 minutes longer than expected.

The last 2 meals have been made differently from what I had asked for. The one before that was a pizza I was told would take 35 minutes because of the busy crowd. I gave them 30. It was ice cold by the time I got there. The food is great but the crew seems like they just want to go home. One of them overcharged us. We confronted the young woman at the register with the $4.55 overcharge. She said "Oh, my mistake" and gave us back the exact amount of money we overpaid WITHOUT ADDING UP WHAT WE GAVE HER, WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION AND WITHOUT TELLING HER HOW MUCH WE OVERPAID. Thought THAT was odd. The last 3 times we called to place an order 15-20 minutes before they closed we were told the kitchen was closed and they had everything off and we're cleaning up. We couldn't get anything! The part that REALLY SUCKS is that I'm friends with the owner and he's a great guy who would never let this stuff happen if he was there. I used to love going there to eat something good. Not so much anymore.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling and the guy that picked up the phone was rushing me to place my order, and actually hung up on me!! Don't ever order here!! I don't know who the hell runs this store, but their prices are outrageous, I just went there and they combined an order of chicken tenders but they have the sizes small and large, so I'm supposed to bring this back to work and say hang on I got to split our chicken tenders?? This place is highway robbery at its finest, I will never ever go there again and I will keep spreading the word until somebody hears it. Have a great day. And I have to give it one star I wanted to give it none

New owners as of August 2022. Not impressed. Grabbed a cheeseburger, potato salad and Asian salad. It all went in the garbage. Two stars is because the gas prices were still low comparatively. I’ve been a loyal customer for seven years. I won’t be back. Men running the cash registers were rude.***Just stopped in after 11 months. Nothing has changed. Gross food (which as before went in the trash) and rude service. Ridiculous prices. Won’t get me a third time. Never again.***

My coworkers and I use a 3-strike system for places to get lunch. The new owners got all 3 strikes in less than a 5 day work week. First strike: 4 pizzas we bought tasted like they had been sitting for 3 hours. Second strike: pizza slices in warmer were the same and provided the same experience. Strike 3 was the rest of the week when we walked in, realized prices had gone up but none of the food looked edible. Cant get ourselves to go back. Good luck to these guys.

Friendly staff, just completed some remodeling inside. Food is decent for a gas station, I don't know what you'd expect. I get a good breakfast sandwich here in the morning around 6am when I'm driving through naples. I dont know a lot of other gas stations who'd make them that early.

Tried Italian sandwiches for the second time in 6 months, still terrible. The bread is wrong, the pickles are wrong along with other ingredients. Grossly overpriced and we ill not be back!!!!!!!

Live in the area and order occasionally. I have been pleased previously, however, tonight was terrible. We have a large family, and had 5 items. 2 of them were very wrong. One was a clazone that came as a pizza, the other a calzone that was ordered with extra sauce, and there was none. Called, they said they would remake it. Picked it up, checked it at the store. A buffalo chicken calzone came with red pizza sauce, ranch and buffalo sauce it it. It was a sloppy mess that was almost inedible. The other calzone was very burned on the bottom. Chances are we will pick somewhere else to order out, the next time we choose to do so.

Subs are decent but the quality of the mozzarella they use on their pizza absolutely the worst tasting and their was so much oil it was pouring off the pizza. Pizza was in my backseat slanted slightly and when I picked box up there had to have been a quarter cup of grease or oil pooled up on my leather seats. Greatful for th leatherbecause if they had been cloth they Would be ruined. The oil Would be running down your arm and dripping from your elbows after one bite. Like I said the cheese taste nasty and not sure if oil was from the cheese or the cheap pepperoni. I'll never buy a pizza there ever again and unless they invest in better product you will also have negative experience if you choose to order one. Subs are great and bread fresh not to many sandwich shops left that can make a good sub, they nailed it. Fresh ripe veggies and fresh bread.

If you have a peanut allergy please be careful! Their whoopie pies are great, but I grabbed this one and realized it was peanut butter. Luckily I am not allergic but there was no description on the wrapping (tried to show in picture) to make sure someone was aware they were picking up a peanut butter one.

Worst poor boy I ever had! I am not a hard person to please but when I tasted sandwich did not even taste like a poor boy? it looked like they put fried onions on it and the tomatoes were disgusting. I throw the sandwich away .ill never go back to this place
