MaineCare has an outage which I understand that Walgreens can't control that. They were like well we can't do anything you'll have to pay to get your prescriptions. They said it'll be $160. I have my doctor use CVS instead and they are giving 30 days supplies to people who have MaineCare since there is an outage. The Walgreens in Lisbon has always been difficult to work with. If one pharmacy has a workaround how can Walgreens not? They are a joke per usual.

You advertise your pharmacy is open 7 days a week and I go to get a just prescribed antibiotic today and they're closed. Plus the ones in Topsham and Brunswick. I use the one in Lisbon all the time and am thinking about moving my prescriptions to Hannaford. This is not the first time it's happened.

Been using this pharmacy solely since moving from Portland area and have had no issues at all aside from some insurance confusion that was taken care of as soon as it was noticed. All my medications as well as my children's have been filled right away when requested and the pharmacist has been very helpful with dealing with the insurance companies and not making us wait around everytime we have a prescription. They're all extremely kind and helpful and will do whatever they can to make your experience positive

Went in today for our COVID vaccines and they were absolutely slammed but still managed to be super efficient. Chelsea administered our shots and was very kind and educated us on the vaccine and was very helpful. Thankful to have them as our neighborhood Walgreens.

This location has been my go to since before it was Rite-Aid (Roberts pharmacy) unfortunately, I have not been able to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner (been out for over a week). I get texts or calls saying denied by prescriber. I call my doctor and find out the authorization was sent 12 days ago. Walgreens has no record of it!. I don't blame the employees of this pharmacy. They are hard working under appreciated people. I blame there system and corporate's lack of service. Step up your game Walgreens!

Wanted to get my Covid booster asap so made my appointment here on the first day these appointments were available and I still had to wait a week for the appointment. The afternoon before my appointment early the next morning, they called me to tell me the no pharmacist would be working that day (a Saturday!) and I had to go back on line to reschedule, and by the way, it would be over a week before there were any available appointments. If you want to frequent a pharmacy with no pharmacist on a Saturday, this is the place for you !

If this was not the only drugstore for 30 miles in each direction, I wouldn't be shopping here. In addition to being completely lax about protections for their staff and customers (e.g., letting everyone in without a mask despite the sign on the door and not even the pharmacy staff wearing any gloves or masks), the customer service there is infuriating. Keep getting asked the same question 3x whenever I pickup a prescription. My doc had to call in a Rx twice before they had it in their system, had to make two trips in one day. The poor hard working lady at the front cashier paged for someone to come help with the line and no one came to help out at any point. What the heck is happening?

This particular location is usually quite clean and well stocked, and I rarely encounter a long wait when checking out at the pharmacy or at the merchandise checkout. Additionally, their automated voice system when you call the store is incredibly helpful and comprehensive.

Do not send your prescriptions to this place, they can have your prescription for days and weeks and will not fill it, then when you go to pick it up, after them having it for 4 days theyll tell you it’s not ready come back tomorrow. Some people absolutely need there medication. With all the people standing around this place and they can’t count out 20 and stick them in a damn bottle within 4 days. What a joke

Went into Walgreen's Lisbon Falls Sunday nobody in the Store at all. Walked right up to the counter tried to explain why I was there as I just moved to town. Employee interrupted me asking me my phone number. Couldn't find me in the system, I again tried to explain why I was there. He again interrupted me only to ask me my last name. I gave him my last name three times an spelled it for him twice! He again said I don't see you in the system. I then explained to him I just move to town an needed to switch to this Pharmacy. Gave him my prescription bottle that I needed filled so he could start the process. He grabbed pen an paper wrote down my name witch I had to spell it again, date of birth, name of the prescription, an phone number to Auburn Wal-Mart. He said it would be ready in an hour. He said Walgreen will send you a text as well. I got the text went to pick it up walked right over to the employee I was dealing with the first time. He Asked me for my name. I said you don't remember My name. Nope he said I see a lot of Customers! I said you wrote down my info I gave you my name four times. Then he couldn't find my prescription. Then I asked about the prescription he had to fill from Auburn, he had no memory of it. Then he says oh I gave it to my Pharmacist to call. He goes over to him witch he is talking with a female visitor. He reply's I haven't called yet!! I turned around an walked out of the Store. I get home 20 mins later I get a phone call not from the pharmacist but from the same employee telling me he ordered the prescription from Auburn. I was in shock, told him Ill do business somewhere else. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If i could give a lesser score I would. What a Joke!!

This is insanely ridulous ever since they switched from rite aid to Walgreens you can't talk to nobody in the pharmacy. Unless you want to be on hold for 25-30 minutes. Or they will just ignor the call. That is not professional AT ALL. THEY REALLY need to step up and stop ignoring calls or they will loose business. I DO NOT LIKE WALGREENS AT ALL. They never have my meds stocked after they told me it would be ready I get there for them to tell me it's not in stock and they have no idea when more will come in.

i needed to print pictures and they were so helpful with whatever i needed. they helped me size and print my pictures and helped me connect to the computer to print and they stood there and assisted me in getting my pictures correct and they didn’t stop trying until i was absolutely satisfied with the pictures. they did an amazing job!

If there was another pharmacy in this town this one would be out of business!Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, even if they are there for days. It appears that they take no action on them until you show up to pick them up, then they tell you to come back in an hour.I am done with this place!!!

Just went to pick up my refill that I called in 5 days ago. They could not refill. Never received a call about this. Now I am out of meds for 2 weeks. Not the first time. Since they have all new employees I haven't been happy with their service. Will not use them again
