Staff were quickly replacing new stock. Staff eagerly help with my needs to Christmas shopping with my 7 yr old granddaughter to complete her shopping. Never once did they get short with us. Wonderful crew.

The hiring manager is a joke. Went there for an interview and after the interview she said she can't make a decision by herself, that she has to talk to the district manager. Then after a week she texted me and asked if I could meet with the store assistant manager and then they would send the application to corporate to approve or deny. Where the hell you think you work. It's family dollar

The staff are races and discriminate the customers .The management can here that do something about serving equal.

Years later I'll still never spend another penny at any family dollar my go to is dollar general...they have alot more to choose from seasonal decor n holiday decor is always out early it's way more organized n the employees are always very helpful and respectful...if they don't have something they can check another location...DG all the way

Employees and customers are not required to wear masks during a pandemic and no employee is making the choice to wear them. Some employees can be crass and inappropriate and store is always dirty. I used to stop in here on my lunches but have stopped completely as i am very uncomfortable with noncompliance of general health and safety procedures during this time

When is it the policy not to honor an advertised price? Then be told they can’t change the price of the item and it is the vendors fault for it being marked wrong. The shelve clearly said it was a certain price but when I got to the register they told me it was higher. She went on to tell me she couldn’t change the price which I know is wrong. I will be notifying the BBB and will never step foot in a Family Dollar again!! In case you are wondering it happened on 3/11/20 at around 11:30 am at the East Avenue Lewiston Maine location and the cashier was real snotty about it all.

the store was dirty... i bent down to grab a pair of shoes from the bottom shelf and noticed dried blood on the floor.... the ladies bathroom was horrific... my son used the bathroom and when he lifted the seat there was poop and pee caked on the under side of the seat.... the toilet paper holders were on the floor there was virtually no soap in there as well.... i would not recommend shopping at this horrid shop until they get their act together...

The new location in the Lewiston Mall is great! Very clean and organized, unlike some other Family Dollar locations that products are over-stuffed on shelves.

Quickly find small cheap things that you might need in short term. Just don't expect it to last long and you might be okay with it.
