When we called to order, the guy on the phone was mumbling and talking super fast. I felt rushed to make my order, no "bye". He just hung up after saying "30 minutes". It was very bizarre. We ordered a large pizza, cheeseburger, and salad with grilled chicken. The salad had mostly shredded lettuce, a few tiny bits of onion and green pepper, 2 very thin half-slices of tomato, and for some reason, dill pickle. The grilled chicken was shredded/chopped chicken. It looked more like a side salad than a meal. The cheeseburger was packaged poorly and fell all apart in the bag. The pizza was okay if you like lots of bread. Very thick crust. Very disappointing. Pro won't be going back. Their food has gone downhill in the past few years.

The food here is good.. at best… but probably closer to sub par. If you live in the area and want something quick it’s okay but you’d be better to drive 5-10 more minutes to get to My Dads Place. The service is what gets Franchetti’s a one star review.. more often than not the people on the phone give you attitude about placing an order, are short, and just not friendly. I shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience when placing an order at a place that specifically serves food.

Over the last five years I have seen a decline in service and quality. I have gone back with hope. Sadly I have no good news. My last and final time doing any kind of business with them has past. I would not buy a qurenteed lotto ticket or a pack of cigarettes from them because it would be supporting the uncaring, or lazy incompent owner. You can keep the money your safe stole. I your employee puts a hand on a customer, be ready to have a experience no emploer would want. Sixty dollars

I am not happy with how unprofessional the workers were tonight. I called to place my order and the guy couldnt hear me on the phone because another worker was making noise on purpose. Then waiting for my pizzas theyre messing around the whole time. Very unprofessional crew there on 1/2/2024.

There have the most retarded people that work there I call for my food and the one guy I called did not make it I waited 60min for my pizza that was not even being made and then when I go in for one they don't even discount it.

I'm a regular at that store and have had my food messed up for the last time I ask for no sauce on my food and yet again loaded with sauce after being lied to by the employee never again they officially lost my business

Foods good. 9 times out of ten whoever answers the phone is rude as hell. Subs are great though.#3Ordered Two cow zones. One with hamburger the other loaded. No hamburger on one and this is my loaded. I get its NYE but come on.3rd time ordered a calzone with ham onion and bacon. Pictures pretty self explanatory. No cheese on the cheese burger. Safe to say I'll eat rusty latern.

This place used to be ok if you wanted something edible for dinner, but it has taken a real nose dive in the last year or so. The prices are outrageous for what you get (over $9 for a turkey italian on what is basically a foot long hotdog roll — it falls apart) and the quality has become disgusting. There was nothing but brown lettuce under all the other toppings of my italian and I actually gagged on it. The people who work there look like they're sweating on your food and haven't washed in weeks. I saw some big guy stick his hand in the pizza cheese and just mess with it out of boredom. I don't know how they'd ever pass a health inspection.

This is the type of general store you grew up with. When you walk through the door you smell delicious pizza. There are homemade pocketbooks and bags and for 25 bucks you can have homemade fleece lined woolen mittens! Get them while you can because they are so soft I couldn’t help myself.I had a small ham and cheese and the bread was soft and super fresh and a sandwich was delicious. Everything is perfectly priced And the ladies running the place on November 8 when I went, was super nice and making delicious food

It's the only take out pizza place around that doesn't offer dine in. For that they do good work. The wait is usually long but that's because they are some of the best around. Always expect hot fresh food. Hard to keep good help but their are a few select that make this place operate.

Big changed since it was passed down. The food is lackluster at best. Just had an awful pizza followed by an oven grinder that was frozen in the middle. A sad 2 at best . I would avoid it until they make big changes. I used to eat there z couple times a week I haven't been in a month since they sent that awful stuff home with me with a smile. Get the old help back

I just wanna say I absolutely love Franchettis in Jay! I've gotten my big Mac pizza craving filled there literally all week. They're all so sweet, and go way above and beyond to make sure your order is right before they send it out. They've remade my pizza two nights in a row, before I even got there to get it because of their mistake instead of just sending it out anyways like most places do. They actually take the time to make things right. Thank you 💖💖 and if you're looking for literally the best pizza in town, call them!!!! The girls are great!

Considering the small building that Franchetti's is located in, they put out a large amount of food in a timely manner. The longest wait I have been told over the phone is 30 minutes and when I showed up the place was packed so it made sense. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza is not there best but a classic pizza is absolutely delicious. There has been a lot of turn over with the staff lately but all employees are helpful and happy 90% of the time! Keep up the good work!Impressed,Chillidoe

I stopped going to Franchetti's about 9 months ago because I found a thumbtack in my pizza, The owner assured me that there were no thumbtacks in the store… But on the back wall just to the right where they cut their pizzas there’s a bulletin board of litter with thumbtacks. So I thought I might give Them another chance so I ordered a pizza last night I was told a 30 minute wait in an hour later I was able to pick up my food, absolutely ridiculous

Came here because I were meeting up with with someone for work. Went in and tried one of their subs, it was excellant! It would be nice if they asked if you want everything a sandwich comes with and not assume you know whats on it or like everything. It is small and cramped as more people come in but it was worth it for the food. I watched many people go in and out while waiting, which usually means they make good food too.

We usually get the pizza. It's one of the best around. Toppings are good quality and generous. The staff is always pleasant. The salad was nothing special. The chicken cordon blue was good. We are happy to have Franchettis in our area

My favorite spot for dinner on the run between Farmington and Auburn. I love their Italian sandwiches! Really great takeout at a very reasonable price, plus friendly staff who make you feel right at home... What else could you want?
