It’s nice to see they’re open again and most employees wearing masks because the locals don’t. I found some great deals on compression socks and a doggy for Mother’s Day.

If you saw it, you should've got it a mardens! Nothing but great things to say about this place, great prices and good products. Only thing I will say is the have 4-5 racks of shoes for woman's but not for men. Maybe it's a stocking issue

Should have bought it when you saw it......it's their slogen/jingle but it's 100% true. Great deals that go FAST if you don't snap em up. It takes time to shop there....stuff isn't always organized and you can find exactly what you need in the randomist places sometimes. I usually go here monthly for dog treats (only the good ones ;) ) and sporting goods.

I love to shop here. Cheap prices for great products. The furniture is awesome. We get all our beds from here. The recliners are half the price that you get from somewhere else. Lots of great finds.

I upgraded my initial rating. I found clothing for larger men like myself. I also found sugar free cookies that I have not been able to find in other stores. There is a lot of new merchandise in the store this week. The toy section is expanding for Christmas shopping, and the festive holiday displays are up and looking good. It was a productive and pleasant visit today.

I love Marden's. They have a little bit of everything and they're super friendly in there. The store is really clean compared to some of the other stores. Nothing has changed in the store. They follow the Covid protocol. And the have new shopping carts too!👏

Traveled 2 hours north to pickup 3 pieces of furniture that my mom had purchased. Had never been to this Marden's, but just coming into the store, it was clean, bright and very well displayed.Heading into the furniture department, I met Stacy and told him I was there to pickup a recliner, couch and love seat for my mom. He was very professional and him and another employee did all the loading offered to secure the load. Very happy with my whole experience at Houlton Marden's.

Madden's is one of those places where you never know what you will find. If they have what you are looking for, you can find great discounts. It has good access and parking, convenient handicapped accessible restrooms, and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

This store always surprises me with the things I find in stock at affordable prices. I had been looking for a set of trim removal tools and had been unable to find them for under $20 CDN. I found a set at Marden's for $5 US, and even with the exchange rate, the only place I could match that price was on the Wish website. I will definitely be returning to Marden's.

It used to be a pretty good store CV to find some deals at. Seems the last few years it's been the same if not higher prices. Staff isn't always as pleasant as they could be. I'm guessing the original owner's kids took over and they're slightly greedy. Not the store it once was by any means. I'm sure it's all about numbers.
