I like this Ace, the management is always very friendly when I call in to place orders for work, also for personal shopping they have a great selection of gardening equipment and their staff are on the floor ready to help you find whatever it is you're looking for.

I prefer to come here over Home Depot or Lowe’s because the customer service is incredible. I have never once stopped into this location and left feeling unsatisfied. Today I went in to get some stain and wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. Both Ron and Cody were exceptional at talking me through some different options- they are the best!

The other reviews are correct - I don’t shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s because the crew here is friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I stop in I’m quickly greeted and directed to the isle that I need to go down.Most of the time the guys will offer their own piece of advice and it’s always been helpful. Thank you!

Such helpful and friendly service! I went in to the store looking for a cart to help take weight off of my shoulders from carrying a really heavy backpack. They had just what I needed and even offered to put the cart together for me. I feel very thankful for the staff that took extra time to help me. What wonderful service!

Friendly staff who took the time to figure out what I needed (a wheeled cart for groceries) and then track one down elsewhere in the store when there were none on the shelf. I left with exactly what I needed. They were also wearing masks, something not every business is doing right now. An excellent experience and I highly recommend this store.

I have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. For example, when the wind storm happened, they were able to be open when a lot of businesses were closed. It really helped with my emergency response. On the other hand, today I went in and because they are a small business operation, their ability to problem solve technology issues with credit cards is pretty limited.

Salesperson assisted me with some hard to find paint. It took almost half hour to get the color perfect, yet he remained focused on my needs. Will definitely recommend!!

why do all small hardware store employees feel like they are better than everyone and carry such high and mighty attitudes? the only polite person in the store is the older gentleman who is very helpful.

Has everything you'd expect at a small town hardware store, including (the most important feature) very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are straight shooters who go above and beyond every time. It's my go to place.

Don't trust the website for in stock items. I have made at least three trips to this store only to find that the inventory on the website doesn't match what is actually in store. Surprisingly poor customer service for a small locally owned store.

I only really go here for the bbq sauces they carry. Weirdly enough they have a unique selection of highly rated sauces that you can't get anywhere else locally. Go figure.
