I was on a 9-day ATV ride which brought us to Fort Kent. I had some secondary clutch issues on my Polaris SxS and FKPS got my machine right in immediately and was able to repair my secondary enough for me to finish the second half of the trip (another 450 miles). I can't say enough good things about how friendly the staff was and how accommodating the service department was. I would highly recommend them.

I have used other dealers over the years to service my sleds and side x side. Fort Kent Powersports always greets me as I enter the building, the communicate any issues very well, and my machines are always very well maintained with them. I stopped by on 2/9/24 because my Oxygen power cord was not working. I asked the guy at the counter, "what's the chance of getting this warrantied?". He said, "real good". He tested my cord (it was bad), he tested my helmet (was okay), gave me a new cord and retested everything. All no charge. I was out of there and back on the trail with a working power cord in about 5 minutes total. Wow! By the way, this place has a great selection of sleds and Klim gear. Thank you so much FKP!

Purchased a sled that was assembled at Fort Kent Power-sports. It has two right hand skis on it when I called to report the problem to them all I got was I could purchase a new ski for $170. I see the reply I am fairly certain Tyler was the one I spoke with before posting this review.

"I bought a 14 foot aluminum Nitro trailer from FKPS, and not only was the trailer itself quite nice, the staff that were willing to do business with me were very helpful as well. Being 19 years old, some businesses can give me a hard time or outright refuse my business due to my age especially when it comes to something on the more expensive side like this. It took a total of about 30 minutes from start to finish when I came in with the money to actually buy the trailer. No complaints, I can only imagine tat if I need service or have questions about my purchase that they will help me swiftly and knowledgeably."

I just purchased a 2024 Skidoo Expedition. Went there last year for PWC service, everyone i spoke with was very good and gave me the feeling that they really appreciated the business. These guys are great. I needed a secondary clutch rebuild after a roller in the clutch went on me close by fkps. They pulled it right in and a little over an hour later I was back on the trail.

"In early 2021, I was searching for a new side by side and spoke to several friends who recommended contacting Fort Kent Powersports. I did so and also contacted several other dealers in my quest. Frank Fournier was the most helpful of the folks I spoke with, and I eventually purchased a 2021 Polaris General from FKPS. As you know, any recreational vehicle has been extremely hard to find over the past few years. Frank did a great job finding me a General and all the options I wanted to add to it. The team did an awesome job assembling everything and the price was very reasonable. I had some warranty work done there this spring and was very satisfied the way everything was handled. If I am ever in the market for more recreational vehicles, Fort Kent Powersports will get my business."

This place is awesome. I live in Florida, I am here for 5 days, I thought I blew a wheel bearing, they were too busy to look at it but then told me to come in. 10 min later my sled was in the shop, they came out to give me Great news that a bracket came loose & my bearing was fine. NO CHARGE, REALLY I SAIDI tried to offer them a nice tip but they refused. I will continue to support this dealer for my future needs.

I took delivery of a spring check Backcountry in December - outstanding process - I was kept apprised throughout - pick up was easy and flawless - exceptional service. I have gone back in twice since then - once to have a riser installed on my sled and once for a helmet issue - both times in and out fast and Franks team was great. Awesome place and staff. Took me in for an emergency service due to a fried belt and need for clutch repair. My friend needed to have his sled looked at too. They got us both in, serviced, repaired and back on the trail in less than an hour and a half. Prices were absolutely reasonable for services received. Where from out of town and only here for a few days riding. Unfortunately we lost a key to a sled. Came in on a Saturday morning during a very busy time and these guys had a new key programmed and out the door in less then an hour. The cost was very minimal when they could have changed us whatever they wanted. Awesome place and very honest
