Just wanted a few pieces of trim. Took so long. After initial 20 minutes of placing order, got out back to pick it up only to find out the guy entering order got both items wrong. Back inside, blank looks and another 10 minutes. I finally just asked for a refund and left. Second time ive been, same experience. Seems like they are not prepared for the little guy.
