Clerk's are rude and the manager is a jerk. The store is out of control. Most of the staff DONT know customer satisfaction and should be taught better. Refused to cash a $50. bill even though I was buying $30 worth of merchandise. Luckily a nice customer was behind me and made change for me.Will NOT BE BACK

Cashier seemed in a bad mood and irritated that I had come up to check out, I politely said good morning and got a half irritated "hi" in response. As I was leaving though he responded to the next customer with a "hi how are you".

Store never has enough staff and the staff that is there are rude and to busy talking to someone on the phone or texting to wait on customers. Managers are rude and feel inconvenienced when they need to help a trainee.. Trainees are left to figure things out on their own because managers are to busy walking around the store, outside smoking or going to Dunkin donuts.. I will never step foot in that store again. Absolute horrible customer service and management sucks.

The manager is rude, mean, not social or friendly at all even when cashing you out. He will be on a bluetooth talking very loudly about inappropriate things and ignores you. Hes also rude to women for no reason but will go above and beyond for a man. He needs to be fired along with his side kick sabrina who acts just like him.

I live in my dollars store in Standish am Cornish stores very nice people that work in each store ,an I tried to go to the new dollars generals store an it makes no sense they are supposed to be a dollar store like but I don't think so ,I'll stay at my dollars stores I will never go back to that general store ,so keep up the good work love r you all

It's location is convenient. Due to the small town location it is a great place to pick up those items you need now. You can find an array of items that you can't find anywhere else locally.

I love going to Cornish Family Dollar,Jessica is always very nice and helpful,she really makes me feel welcome at the Store.The Store has lots of merchandise at very decent prices.Also Gean is very nice and helpful.

Cashiers are usually not behind the counter so even if first in line you must wait till they are ready to serve you, then other times there is a huge line and the wait is crazy. I've seen people walk out leaving their items because the wait was too long. I was third in line and it was a 20 minute wait before. It also tends to be a trainee running the register alone with no help.

The doors of cornish family dollar are covered with signs saying a mask is required to shop there. While shopping (masked), there was an employee walking around with her mask off. Not exactly an example to lead the customers in compliance.

manager annnette wouldn't let me use bathroom even though I told her its a medical emergency and had a colitis card showing her she said they don't have one for public I asked where does she go and wouldn't answer except she's an employ very rude she said if you went down street you could be back by now wouldn't give me her last name we left our merchandise I will never go to that store in Cornish.

Prices are okay but not always cheaper than supermarkets. CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!! The don't pull all food items that have expired (and they don't check them at the register) and I got sick from eating some grated cheese that expired 3 months ago!!!

Crowded narrow isles that you can barely fit the carriage down, and WAY too many displays at the end of the isles makes navigating around a disaster !
