We contacted Chalmers in August of 2022 because we were moving from Mass to Maine. We needed to have homeowners insurance for the home were were purchasing in Maine. The group at Chalmers were very accommodating and knowledgeable. We can't say enough how nice everyone is and very understanding of our needs. The home we were purchasing has not gone as planned. The people at Chalmers have been very caring and understanding to say the least. We can't thank them enough for being there for us as we continue to go through more with the purchase of our home in Maine.Thank you very much Chalmers we do appreciate all you've done!

Just last week my husband purchased a new work truck and on my lunch break with 1 phone call Robyn handled everything. Sent us our copy as well as to the finance company. Mary was excellent! She called a contact at Concord Group, my old insurance company, and negotiated a reenstatement with them (I didn’t have a car and thus insurance with them for 9 months), which ended up saving me almost $400. I feel like I should detail her car inside and out each month for a year to pay off her good deed. She’s the best and Chalmers is lucky to have her!
