I love this store !! I think this store went through some renovations at some point. I come here all the time, several times a month. A lot of useful services in here.Let’s start with the layout. It seems like they’ve renovated their interior significantly, and it shows. The entire facility is de-cluttered and it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for.The staff and customer service is 10/10. Some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have came across. Every time I’m here someone greets me and asks me what they can help me with.One time I was perusing around the shipping section and a young man came up to me and was asking if there was anything I needed. He saw I had a few things in my hand and offered to bring me one of their push-around baskets. I caved in and he said no problem and came back within a minute and provide me one to me. That’s just one example.Many other services here as well that I think not a lot of people know about (I sure didn’t). First, they sell tons of shipping material. On top of that, they will package and ship anything you bring, including all the handling and shipping tags.You can bring Amazon returns here, you just need to make sure you select the general shipping label when selecting what type of return you would like.They provide printing services of all kinds, pictures, business cards, etc. and anything in between. Additionally they have several industrial printers if you need to print something on papa we every once in a while. You can send files to the Staples printing service email and you can come in and select the file la you sent and print them in store. Super easy to use and straight forward.They offer all the normal office supply store things, but they also have a nice arts and crafts section, including different types of paints and canvases.And lastly they have an electronic/gaming section, but it’s not very large.

I went to multiple stores to try to print pictures for a photo album, and I went to staples as a last resort. Brandon was very patient and understanding, he did everything he could to help us. Despite the complexity of the situation, he still tried to help in any way he could. Great customer service, thank you Brandon!

The layout and stock seems very updated and new. Reminds me of best buy. The gamer section is pretty decent with multiple brands. Very easy to find everything.

Went in on Saturday asked for a cheap color printer that was not an ink jet printer was told if I just listen to him which I did not I did not want a printer that ink cost more than the printer I didn’t care if it printed more copies I just wanted a cheap printer so I left and went to Walmart and bought one for $159

It was my first time in this store, and it took me a while to find what I needed because the way they had things organized did not make sense to me. It kind of made sense after I found what I was looking for, but I would have organized it differently. There were paper products in 4 different places in the store, I had to visit each one, which were far apart, to find the product I was looking for.

I wanted to share that Josh and Brandi of the Printing services are AMAZING! Our organization has used the Auburn Staples for printing many different materials and both Josh & Brandi have gone above and beyond for us. The quality of the printing is excellent, but more than that it has been Josh and Brandi's willingness to help and meet our needs that makes using Staples the best! I have REALLY appreciated their help, thank you!!

I was told to stand in an isle & wait for a tech. Several minutes went by. They never came to help me. I got bored with waiting & decided to find what I needed. I did ask an employee for help with finding other items. The employee was very informative. The entire time the employee was helping me no tech came over to ask me if I had found what I needed or if I still needed help. I haven't been to Staples in over 10 year's. Kindof a 50/50 experience.

Great customer service! As were sending out our save the dates we found 16/25 were printed way off center. Even though the cards were not printed correctly the first time, Josh from the Lewiston store was able to get the problem resolved right away.

brought my laptop in to get fixed; wasn’t fixed but that’s fine- it’s just the fact that it came back to me with dents and scratches and missing screws and stretched out rubber that no longer fits in the bottom that has me feeling like these people aren’t very professional

Staples always has everything I need and if they don't, have it in store they get it in quickly. Print and marketing services can be somewhat disorganized at times and Staples prices are higher then some other places, but they are very convenient and always fulfill all of my company's needs regarding office supplies.

BEWARE Staples says they offer a “PriceMatch”. I attempted to purchase a printer that with a special marketing gimmick was $99 down from $199. I clearly said to the cashier when I bought the item up that if I could not buy it for $99 I would make my purchase on line thru Amazon for $99. The cashier said. “ Oh, you want the price match” and I said “yes”.Some other guy shows up and highjacks the transaction, telling me the price I have to pay is $199 or get the Credit Card and they will sell it to me $99. Wow that sales when south fast. Guess the Price Match Policy is bogus. And to boot they kept my Staples Reward Card. I went back to get retrieve my card having gone to the car and ordered the printer on Amazon.Wish companies would be honest and follow the policies they boldly promote. Will think twice about shopping at Staples in Lewiston Maine ever again.

Wow this place is so unprofessional. I applied here for a job a while ago as a print assocate, with print experience & history.The second interview I was called into, the managers ask me "Why would you apply to a printing job when you already have one? Management must be bad there right? You're leaving a job you had less than a year must be conflict with workers right?". Like wow, I didn't ask to go into an interview and be interrogated by the hiring managers like I'm some shady criminal. For one, management was great my previous job, i wanted to attain more skills. Pretty rude to assume the worst about someone and wouldn't even let me talk! What was the point in the interview if they were just going to stick with their false judgments and say no anyway?Oh, and when I went here just to get a document printed, the Print Manager went gossiping to her employee about how they wouldn't hire me and accused me of being shady. Are you for real?I guess I will conclude i dodged a bullet from this job! Very unprofessional, petty, catty, they start drama over nothing and go by assumptions. Not a good place to work.

Staples – Lewiston, MENeeded to print off some proposals and have them bound. The person that helped me; Monica was fabulous! Helped me find what I needed in the isles and accommodated my request to do all three books while I waited.Real great customer service! I'll definitely be back.

I’ve been to this store twice recently. The first time the store was closed, even though google said it should be open. Second time I went to purchase a TI 84 calculator, Staples website said there were 4 available, only to be told there were none and I had to order it...this is why I use Amazon.

Brought a copy job in on New Years Eve (day) to print 4 calendars for a family gathering the following day. Copies were done on the spot, but the binding machine wasn't working and I was asked to come back in the morning to pick it up. Came back... they are closed New Years Day! How am I supposed to pick up my gifts??!

Last time I went there I was returning non working product (Office chair with same sided arm rests). The manager who had to authorize the return said to me, "I hope this wont be doing this often." 6 years after active duty and buy a chair and return it with obvious defects. Thanks staples.

The customer service was alright but the prices are ridiculously marked up. The $69.99 item I bought in store is $55.99 on the staples website.. and $14.79 on Amazon.

Couldnt find a sharpy. Just one. They had 12 packs but no singles. For an office store it just doesn't make sense.
