I was trying to fill a prescription at the River Ridge Walgreens but the medicine was back ordered. They told me I could try another Walgreens, so I called the store in Jefferson and was told the same thing. Next I called the Westwego store. The lady in that pharmacy told me that they were also out of stock, but she said that her system was showing that the Bonnabel store had the medicine. I called the Bonnabel store and had my prescription filled in 30 minutes. My obvious question is, Why didn't the other two pharmacies help me find my medicine?

Best pharmacy ever. I was feeling so sick yesterday they rushed to get me my medication. So thank you! Don’t go to the CVS on central, they’re the worst, save your time and go here :)

These ppl charged me (3) times for ONE transaction. Called & spoke with a male and he said to come in once the transactions are no longer pending and he would take care of it — I CONFIRMED with him if the Bank Ap would suffice along with the paper receipt— he confirmed. Go in and speak with a lady … having the receipt in my hand, which shows the date, time, and price — compared that with my bank app — back to back charges: same place, same price, same date (matching receipt) … this woman tells me that’s not enough proof… mind you, I work FULL TIME, plus go to school, on top of a family to come home to everyday … who in the hell got time to run to a bank just for the same print out you’re seeing on my phone. In todays world - 2023? Where ppl work remote, and handle everything online? What?That’s okay… I’m going to take the time & get them the statement to get what’s rightfully owed to me but I’m transferring everything to CVS and I will go OUT of my way to go to another Walgreens. Never again will me or any of my family step foot in this Walgreens again (well, after I get my money back - lol- then that will be the last time)

Customer service is good but your parking lot needs to be re-done. I’m a guy that likes things good and new. And also have NO TRESPASSING SIGNS because there’s a UHAUL with 2 people selling flowers, teddy bears, and etc. 01/12/2021 to 01/14/2021 right next to you. And people Park on your parking lot to go buy their product..

Everytime I come to this Walgreens and get a prescription I forever have complications it never fails every time. But this time I had enough I sat here in the drive through lane for over 45 mins and the lady tells me to drive back to the back because of compilations with the system which is a lie! On top everytime I come here they has for my insurance card I asked her or it’s needed everytime because no other Walgreens does this she said no.. but yet everytime they ask me for ours.. I don’t know who’s training them but I’ll never return and everytime I do I’ll leave a review and take the survey I have nothing but time for them!

Great place for making a short trip for all your essential needs for personal needs and other things from medicine to photos snacks and cleaning supplies 😀 😊 so with this being said I give them a 10+....YOURS TRULY KARL SANDERS 😊

Always a good spot to pick up prescriptions. I never have a problem with getting what I need, not problems from the staff here or this particular store at least. A good quick place to stop for a snack or a urgently needed item. A quick entrance from the highway, so it's not a hassle to stop and exit.

Rude!! I tried to check out and the cashier would not speak only pointed! Finally I realized she had a mouth full of food and wanted to to go the other cashier.No thank you No acknowledge of me as a person from either cashier! They both talked across me though about the pretzels they were eating

If you have sinus issues, I've found that this works wonders. Neilmed will clear and clean your nasal passage. Even though the song lyrics say ,(I can see clearly now) ; I say I can smell and hear clearly now with Neilmed 😁. It worked for me folks, give it a try.

I always stop buy to get stuff here this morning I stopped by to purchase a water. I had to use the restroom I asked if I could please use it they gave me attitude told me to wait I waited 7minutes keep in mind theirs was no one in the store and they told to keep in mind it was only for courtesyexception…. excuse me? I spent money here and pay my taxes and purchased something and you going to tell me this totally unprofessional.

I just went to get some prescriptions filled and had to enter my phone number 3 times to get my medicine. Then my wife goes to purchase something and told she can't because her phone number didn't work. You don't need anybodys number for a purchase, its none of your business.

Cant stabd this place every month my prscription is dropped off a week early and every month its pushed back days and days now have to wait til monday for order so now my prescriptions off a whole week and half

There staff is rude and the photo lab is not knowledgeable about there job. They messed up every picture I had developed. They are always rude and out of things we need. I'm done with location.

Said they were doing drive through shopping for medication and medical supplies but when i tried they sid they don't do it or curbside either which site states both options were available.
