First time here from Houston. At this location I felt welcomed and one of the mangers putting stock in the fridges was kind and helpful. I didn’t get his name. Went in looking for the boudin which was really good they had lots of varieties. Shannon working that Wednesday at the smoked market. Was very kind and helpful as well he gave me that southern hospitality. Thank you to them. Cashiers were nice as well. Some prices were reasonable, others a tad bit high but understandable. I will be coming back.

Convenient place to shop. Much better customer service than Walmart. The prices are a lot higher than most grocery stores. No long lines. In and out of the store in under 10 mins.

Great place to shop if you like a smaller grocery store compared to some of the bigger ones. Some of the prices are a bit higher. Most of the employees are kind and courteous, while others are walking around in a daze like zombies.

I go here all the time. Most of the workers are friendly and helpful. That doesn’t mean you won’t catch a group of employees huddled up putting one box of green beans up together. Or walk up to the register in the middle of the cashier texting someone back. Smoked meats are the best. It’s always clean. Great for if you don’t want to run to a bigger store where the savings are greater.

The store manager is super nice but people in this area are extremely rude and don't seem to relate to anyone who is in need of a hand. My phone went dead and I not unlock my cash app card to make a purchase and these folks acting like I was going to rob the store at each different store I went to. I would not come over to the side of town again unless I absolutely had to because of the poor treatment that I received that day. The store manager however was very nice when I approached him and asked him if I could plug my phone in for a moment to get a charge. I ate some catfish and macaroni and cheese from the deli while I waited and it was delicious.

They use to give you more food when you get a lunch plate from there. But now you get less than a serving of food and the price is steady going up. Plus my food was cold. I will not be going back there for my lunch.

Went to the bakery today for a birthday cake for our son. This is our first time using their bakery as we dont have Market baskets back at home. My husband stood there for a good 5 min before he saw a worker and asked if there was someone at the bakery to help him get a cake and some writting on it. The lady was nice and helpful unlike the bakery worker that came out with an attitude all because we had no idea the service button by the deli was also for the bakery.. it was an honest mistake we had no idea that button excisted. This woman gave the worst service. She took the cake we chose with out asking if we needed writting on it, well had to holler at her to come back to let her know we needed "Happy Birthday (sons) name which she cut my husband off and turned around without letting him finsh telling her we wanted his name as well. She brings back the cake with a bright orange writting while the cake is red velvet why couldnt she match the writting with the cake or better yet do your job properly and ask like your suppose too! We are better off driving and extra 10 mins to Rouses!

This store is in Louisiana. That means everything costs more than I am accustomed to paying, plus the taxes on food is bs being I am from Texas where food is not taxed. The store is as good as can be expected being it is handicapped by its location.

My husband went and bought a case of bud light . Tag said 22.99 it rang up 25.99. the upc number even matched the case with the 22.99. they made him pay the 25.99. said they just haven't changed the tags yet. Well do your job. This was the supervisor by the way. Went shopping today tag still there. False avertisment. at least move the tag. I will spread this around.

I hate to give a store a bad review but market basket has practically taken all the good brand food products and replaced them the "best choice" store brand and honestly they are nit the best choice... prices are too high you can spend $100 bucks and walk out with only 2 bags if groceries and their produce does not last long. But its the only store we have in our town so onky when i am desparate. The store employees are great helpful and friendly.

One of the best stores for cleanliness. The shelves are tidy. And if you can't find a product just ask and they'll help the customer service there is outstanding. More than willing to go out of the way to help. They are very polite and professional.

Love this very right-sized grocery store. They have everything I need on a routine basis. When I need something special fight the parking lots and crowds of the bigger stores, bit this is my go-to neighborhood grocery. And their in house smoke meats and boudain are the BEST.

My home town store they usually always have what we need if they don't they order it for us. They also make there own sausage and boudin that's wonderful. Even offer carry out when it's raining for us.
