I went thru the drive thru today and the guy that took my order and gave me my smoothie (Jade R was the name on the receipt) did not mention the app or the rewards and there is a sign on the window that states if our team members do not mention the app or rewards then you get a free smoothie on your next visit. And when I pointed out that Jade forgot to mention the app or rewards, very politely, Jade gave me a blank stare and said “okay” and turned away from me, then I said the sign right here says I get a free smoothie next time I come if you forget to mention it and he looked at the sign and said “why did they put that there” and then said “ okay” turned his back again and said “have a good night” and closed the drive thru window with no explanation. I wasn’t being rude to him, I said everything with a smile but he did not want anything to do with what I was saying.

This smoothie king is by far one and only I go to. Most of the time(unless someone is new) I walk in and they know my order, the renovations to the store look amazing, great atmosphere and I get a great sense that everyone loves their job, which is something you don't see anymore. Friendly staff very clean store, id say give everyone a bonus and the manager needs a pay increase.

I do like this smoothie king except when the guy with glasses and dark hair is working. He takes way to long. So I ordered my smoothie before I left my house to give them time to make it. It was supposed to be ready at 6:44. Well I get there at like 6:48. My smoothie is NOT ready and now I'm later for work when it should've been ready already. I won't be returning to walker location unless that guy isn't working. I will be going to juban until they get it together.Update: much better guys. Keep up the great work.

Its a great store with amazing employees BUT!! The new manager Jean is horrible!! She cursed out a fellow employee several times where other people could hear. I'm no expert but I work in a place of business aswell and had I done that id be fired instantly. Someone with power should not be able to do these things without being held accountable as anyone else would be. With that visit I lost respect for the management in this store and made me feel bad for the employees because no one deserves to be talked to that way. To be honest it pissed me off and I wanted to say something to stand up for the employees because as a loyal customer spending numerous dollars there it shouldn't be that way. The employees naturally couldn't say anything because they would be fired of course but I want someone that has power to read this and know that the new manager of that store is gonna drive out business as I've heard several people say they will not be returning to the walker location because of what's happening. Jean is terrible and must be removed from management or she will drive away business!!! I'm highly pissed off and if she is ever in there when I go there I will turn and walk right back out the door. Jean has a way to make customer and employee feel unwelcomed. This is real and I wanted to take the time express my experience with what happened. We are all human and don't deserve someone power happy talking down to anyone. So for Jean she gets a F but for the employees A+ always a pleasure with them.

Nice clean store. Friendly staff. I was the only customer at the time, but I was still walking out with two tasty smoothies within minutes. Great little place.

For me it is hit or miss here. sometimes the smoothy is great and other times it just doesn't taste right. Gave 4 stars because today the smoothy was great.
