Walked in and no employee in sight. Got what I wanted, went to the register and still no employee in sight. Another customer was waiting to check out also. When employee did come out of the back, she was anything but friendly. Haven't been back since.

Has a banner saying “new management” yet the manager in there is just as rude. No hey how are you just walked from the back slowly rang my stuff up with a stank face and said “this it?” I don’t come to this location often but every time I do I get reminded why I don’t. I used to work for a dollar general in denham springs. I understand the hassle but that’s no way to treat customers.

Worst store ever!!! They basically called me a lier with saying it to my face. I bought an expired bottle of contact solution yesterday and I brought it back today. They told me there is no way that you bought that here. I had my recipe with the solution to return. They called the manager of the store and they had to look a security footage before they would exchange it. Never said sorry we were wrong, nothing! I will never shop at another Dollar General again. Just because of how they made me feel.

The store had some items 50% off but no price on the item. When I asked the clerk he looked at me like I'd lost my mind and then I asked him to you work here and very really said yes. I bought the few items that I wanted and got out of there that clerk was so rude I hope he doesn't stay there long.

Maybe I'm just spoiled but the Dollar General store by my house in Denham Springs all the employees are friendly and tell you thank you have a good day or night but not this particular store. Cashier had a lil eye rolling going on and when I told him thank you and have a nice day he didn't even acknowledge me. Maybe he was having a bad day or whatever but everytime I've stopped at that location they have always been rude. Store looked good though.

I never really looked at Dollar general as more than a quick stop for one or two items. But this store is close to my house and kept me from hitting Walmart. It was quiet and peaceful. The associate was friendly and helpful. I loved shopping there and I will be back. Way better than Walmart for basic needs.

Scavenger hunt looking for bread before the storms hit our area no luck this day at 5 stores well stocked here except for bread. So I just ran in and out and store was very clean. Cleaner than most Dollar General Stores in my area This is one of cleanest Stores in the between Denham Springs and Walker areas

Went to buy Pedigree dog food and they had 2 choices. Most have at least 4 choices. This store was also in disarray and boxes were everywhere, waiting to be stocked. Idk what's going on with all the Dollar General stores, but it seems district managers need to do their jobs, otherwise things are going to start getting to corporate. These stores seem to have lost pride in how it looks and you can't ever find anything because of the disarray. They definitely need some organization. Almost to the point of calling Gordon Ramsay to save these stores.

Try to avoid this particular store at ALL costs! Horrendous management that lacks any semblance of customer service skills. Consistently EXPIRED products with NO EXCHANGE POLICY. Fortunately, there's an alternative at every corner because store#20204 is useless.

Store looks like an absolute disaster!!! Nothing on the shelves, hasn't been stocked in over a month according to employees. Couldn't even find window cleaner. Like walking into a flee market but everything still in boxes.

Showed up at 9:40 for some medicine for my child and doors were locked ! On top of this store being very cluttered unorganized dirty and not stocked they want to close the store early will never spend hundreds in there again!

It's dollar general, if they unpacked the pallets of stuff in the isles they may have a better selection of products. It's getting better but come on guys get it in gear.
