Clean lot, clean store, good food, friendly staff. Parking lot is weirdly narrow in one area making a few parking spots tighter than they look but there were plenty of easier spots available until well after dark.

The worst Loves I’ve been to by far. Seems like everytime I’m there, at least one of the diesel pumps is down. The DEF always seems to be down.Scheduled a shower the other night and the clerk told me that it would be 20 minutes before she could have one ready. All of them were available but none were clean.We buy about 800 gallons of just diesel fuel a week and will never stop at this one again.

Meh. Shower wasnt clean. There was toilet paper floating in the toilet. Trash kn the floor. Overall a mess. Not up to love’s standards.

Horrible place ,pumps are broke and tore up.Place is not clean .Arby's give me old fries and soggy cold corned beef.She handed me bag immediately after ordering, so they had fries just laying there drying out,Sandwich is soggyDisgusting place.I hope I can avoid this place.

Shower was not cleaned AT ALL...previous persons poo was is the toilet, and their used shower towels were on the floor along with hair all over the sink and all over the floors.Definitely one of the worst Love's shower experiences to date.

Stopped for items this morning and bought 2 cans of skoal. Got down the road and realized I paid for 2 cans but only 1 in the bag. I've Stopped here a couple of times but not anymore. I'll shop across the street.

Store manager BB Lingle seems to think it's ok to mischarge the customers. LA state law exempts food tax on grocery stuff such as candy. I was charged this and he said it's legal and take it up with corporate. Customers beware don't get ripped off by this establishment!CORPORATE ARE YOU READING THIS? NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS BY OPENINGLY AND KNOWINGLY BREAKING THE LAW!

Stopped for lunch at Arby’s and when we went to leave our truck wouldn’t start. Shelly was the first to offer assistance by giving us a jump but the battery wasn’t the problem. Then Chris, a roadside assistance driver, came to help. Tried jumping with heavier duty cables. Still nothing. After trying a few other things figured out that it was our starter. With the manager’s permission Chris drove us to an auto parts store and when we got back to our truck and proceeded to get to work replacing the faulty starter. We’re currently safely back on the road. Big thank you to all the helpful kind employees that made out pit stop in the parking lot safe and as comfortable as possible.

The bathrooms were very clean and remodeled. We needed a cup of coffee badly, the coffee machines ,condiments were well maintained and stocked. To our pleasant surprise, the staff did an impromptu song over the speaker. A great way to get our day started ! The staff was enthusiastic and welcoming. I would recommend this stop to everyone .

Dirty shower. The worst ive see at a Loves. Hasnt been swept in longtime so cant imagine how long since mopped and disinfected. Give you a not not so clean feeling. No problem, i wont be back to this one. The pics show some but doesnt show clearly

I have gone to other Love's truck stops and this has been byfar the worst one.. showers were very dirty, dirty used towel hanging in the door, floors and walls were nasty, big toe nails on the floor everywhere. It just seemed like they put in the towel set and forgot to clean it after the previous client used it. The place needs remodeling and more attention in its cleaning.

Had to get a tire repaired and stopped for my 10hr. Not a bad place in my experience. The service dpt was very helpful and miss Margret was a pleasure. The shower wasn't to clean but there was a wait and the people cleaning where getting it done as best as they could i guess.

Used this Love's for our travel trailer dump. First: you have to park in the entrance on a curve. Second: the drain is about a foot above ground. There's no way to empty without raising your hose above it. Third: the water hose leaks and has no pressure.

Me and my partner were traveling through and decided to stop and get gas, I have always had amazing service at Loves but tonight we came across the most unprofessional employee who I believe may be the manager at the time her name is CeCe. We were met with attitude at the counter and through our entire transaction we ended up not getting gas and paying for the rest of our things and leaving. It was not a very pleasurable transaction. We will not be visiting this Loves again.

I don't recommend this establishment to anyone unless you are seriously in need of gas or drink...I went into this place and was confronted by a rude woman who worked there. I was in one aisle trying to decide on what drink I wanted when she rudely said 'excuse me' and expected me to get out of her way... I was then in a different aisle trying to decide on what snacks I wanted to purchase when the same scenario took place again... I walked away saying out loud 'are you kidding me... You did this a second time?'Needless to say I walked out without purchasing anything...I can add more vivid details to this experience but I'd rather remain professional with my review...

Y’all should really take a hour or so each week and deep clean the showers. We are on the road and have no choice but to shower in filthy places like this. It’s beyond me that y’all would charge someone who does fuel here to shower in this.

The place it’s the most unsanitary place in earth just look at this place this’s supposedly a shower that’s ready to be provide to a customer just imagine how the food that it’s getting sold and prepared at this place may look where gets processed 😷 I will say that either corporate or department of health have to stepped in and do a miracle as you can see the the mold on the wall it’s out of control and the nasty area’s through the rest of the shower room it’s not words that can describe it and the coffee area and fountain dispenser it’s not any better I’m not sure why corporate don’t shut this place down and make the corespondent repairs to it because the place isn’t in a good operation.

Pretty unsanitary location. Both the female and male restrooms were in poor condition, and in deep need of cleaning. The coffee machine was inoperable and generally the convenience store was in disarray. There is an attached casino and an Arby’s. Outside is a small dog park area.

I went in for a pit stop and something to drink. Their fruit and sandwiches looked very good. The employees were very helpful and nice. One lady offered assistance, even though I didn't ask. It's a really nice place to stop if you're in a hurry, or you need a quick bite.

I called before arriving to get an oil and filter change done on my truck, to make sure they had the filters. Was told they had them. Go check in, told 45 minutes to knock it out. Take a shower come back still working on it. 2.5 hours after checking in. It's "done". Turns out they don't have one fuel filter but the mechanic took the filter off already. Had hell getting it back on and have had hard starts since.

Bunch of sleepy a.. nickels working behind the register , I ask for a tire pass they say it’s coming , then after waiting for half an hour they think 🤔 it was coming a worst place to stop by no one is open at the shop and the whole loves stops in Lousiana is a major slump

This is the best place to find good quality car phone accessories at the best price for the quality. Things are always marked down or on sale. The restrooms are clean but their guest awareness lacks. They will stock, talk and etc while the guest is waiting at register or assistance. They like to point and say I don't know. The price and quality of store items keeps me going back

I was very surprised at this whole truck stop. The parking lot is clean and free of potholes, Well lit, and the prices are comparable are comparable to surrounding competitor competitors.The one thing that was amazing for me was the bathrooms were clean, smelled fresh, and well stopped. They also had a place for my dog to go and use the bathroom which is which is a super plus 4 me because my dog means so much to me. My baby was so pleased with the facilities. :) the customer service was great as well. I would recommend!

Women's restroom was perfectly clean, and just an overall great bathroom. This one has a small dog park - not very large, but enough to let pups of any size stretch their legs.

Yup typical loves truck stop 2 stars are for the coffee I like their coffee but like every other loves I go to they have no half and half the ice machine not working and half the coffee machines are empty. I ask a employee about the creamer she just stopped and stared at me like a deer in head lights. I’ll keep pilot stops I never have a issue with them.

I LOVE Love's ❤️ I make it a point to stop at Love's all along my travels. Their bathrooms are very clean and no one ever bothers me to make sure I make a purchase to use their bathrooms. They carry lots of items from prepared foods to snacks and treats 😋
