Very nice customer service and friendly staff. Thanks for your help with my quiting smoking cigarettes. It's been one day without a cigarette and I am so thankful for you guys. I had to come back and put it on here exactly almost 9 days now since I had a real cigarette and I have to say a really big Thank you to the kind gentleman whom took care of me and he was just so amazing and he just become a best friend and a family member for life.

Absolutely a disgrace to be called a vape store when the dumb stupid women working behind the counter has absolutely no idea whatsoever what she is doing much less anything at all I basically had to help myself to get what I need while being on the other side of the counter and at the end she still handed me the wrong coils and apparently you have to buy a whole box no single coil sales and of course no refunds I’ll just drive elsewhere next time I need my vape supplies disgusted by this experience honestly and I don’t really ever write reviews but this store is horrible it doesn’t ever deserve the one star I gave it.

I bought a Hyde vape from here. I tested it in store and when I got home it didn't work. I called multiple times to get though and no one answered the phone. So I just threw it in the trash and took it as a sign to stop vaping. Lol

The employee was great. He greeted me as I walked in helped me with what I needed. He asked questions to find out what was best for me. Just buy my interaction with him I made a $65 purchase when I originally wasn't planning to spend but about 40. He made me feel I could trust his suggestion & I did.. Now I'm in LaLa Land & I feel GREAT about my purchase. There were also others walked in as I was there & he made sure to greet & communicate with them as well as with me & I'm determined EVERYONE WAS SATISFIED 1⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Kenward 'KJ' Layton

I’ve been a loyal customer since the first time I came in to the store and while the other employees get the job done, they don’t hold a match against the level of service, speed, and an overall sense of welcomeness that Pooh & Whitney provides every visit! They both go out of their way to help me & other customers who come in and they keep me updated on all sales & discounts. They’re the only reason I shop there and I hope they continue to be there!

This place is so nice. The cashier Pooh was so welcoming and cool as soon as I stepped through the door. Even if you're not a smoker there's a variety of things there to choose from EVEN stuff for energy (WE ALL NEED THAT LOL) I was educated on so much in a short visit. I will be returning

I love going to this vape shop. The last time I was in there the guy behind the counter asked me to make sure my elf bar worked correctly and the first one I got didn’t have flavor to it. So we tired another one and it tasted right. They are very helpful and know their stuff.
