Amazing experience from start to finish. My salesman Richard was awesome, wasn’t pushy at all, and very knowledgeable, he really went above and beyond to help me explore all my options. Overall great guy. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The purchase process was easy and there was no stupid fees, the price was the price plain and simple, and it really didn’t take long either. The inventory is great, and the place really makes you feel right at home. Will always do business here going forward

Asked if they had a cam chain tensioner for a fjr 1300 and they said they don't deal with Kawasaki huhuhuhu nevermind.update:then they replied to this review and said they don't sell parts for brands they don't sell, check with a Kawasaki dealer bewaaaahahaha.they still don't get it.anfjr 1300 is a YAMAHA,been in production for 20 years,still making them today.MOST Yamaha dealers have 23 models on the showroom floor as we speak.when I need parts for my Kawasaki I'll call a Kawasaki dealer but it never gives me trouble, just this Yamaha.I know where I wont be going when it's Time for a new fjr though.GEEZ.

I recently purchased a 2023 Yamaha Wolverine RMax4 and I could not be happier. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and upfront with the cost. He made sure to explain everything in detail and because this company is honest and old school, there were no hidden fees. Lets start out with this has been the best sales and parts service Ive ever dealt with at an ATV Dealership!! Mr Richard was amazin on timin, communication, attitude and all over service in general. I put in a call to ATV Zone about a month ago to see if they had a 2023 Renegade 1000xmr in stock. I ended up speaking with Richard and putting down a deposit the same day. They held the bike until my pickup date, no further questions. Their pricing model was completely transparent. They had most of the accessories I wanted in stock, and had them with the bike when I went for pickup. Everyone I met there is super friendly.

I never write reviews, but I had to on this. Great purchasing experience. I had a conversation at 9:00 AM with Mr. Tom Wilson, who helped me through the paperwork process. Which I did from my house and was surprisingly easy. I also added a winch for my new ATV. I live 2 hours away and upon arrival everything was ready to go. The process of signing paperwork took 20 minutes, and I was on my way out the door with my new ATV and winch installed. Not pressured into purchasing and no hidden fees. They were totally transparent and explained my purchasing options in detail. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new ATV or SXS to check this place out, they have a great selection too. Ask for Mr. Tom Wilson, he was super nice and knowledgeable.Thanks again ATV Zone. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and purchasing experience. They earned a customer for life.

Who would have thought you’d find a huge showroom full of several top brands of ATV’s of all types, in the middle of all the shortages. I was referred to them by a friend, and they could not have been any better to work with. Fair pricing (considering the shortages) on my Pioneer 1000-5, added all the extras I wanted, including a couple of impulse accessories I thought of once I got there. Paperwork was made as easy as could be, then they patiently walked me through every latch, switch and operating function on it. Even drove it up on the trailer and showed me how to tie it down. A++ for these guys. And a huge prep shop AND a huge maintenance shop. If you are in the market for any sort of ATV, you owe it to yourself to call Russ and Lee at the ATV Zone!

Russ has always been very helpful as everyone else is also courteous and helpful. I live about 110 miles away and would not go anywhere else for an ATV. I have been doing business with Russ for about 6 years now. The service department has been great as well. Russ and the service department understands the distance I have to travel and they try to accommodate me as much as possible.

Called to get a list of parts for my motorcycle after talking to myself for about 2 minutes I realized that the woman in the service department hung up on me. I called back and talked to another individual (respectful on both sides) got what I needed, they were 3 weeks out from being able to get me an estimate. Respectfully told them that I was gonna call Brookhaven honda to see if the wait time was shorter.During this time the woman told her manager that I had used foul language towards her so therefore no one cared. I have bought multiple vehicles from this place and have hand maintenance done I also brag and tell people to shop here, but that will never happen again.
