I usually have nothing but good things to say about pilot. Kind, courteous- makes me choose them over Loves. I have many pilot points. Today they contracted some contractors to cut pavement by the pumps. The guy was cutting right next to my truck (you can see him pictured), his colleague asked him to stop while I filled up, he very rudely said “it’s not my concern”. When I took some pics, he threatened me- asked why I was taking pics. I’ve never been treated so rudely and felt unsafe. (It was the contractor with the cross on). Is this the caliber of person pilot decides to contract out?

We stopped here at 1am and it was good to see it was busy despite the construction blocking the entrances. To me, when a gas station is hopping in the middle of the night, it makes me feel safer and tells me it's a good establishment.The shop was clean and so were the restrooms. The gas price was a few cents better than others we passed.And as we walked in, the store clerk greeted us and then bid us farewell as we walked out 👍

One of the more mediocre Pilots in the country. Don't expect a lot. Wendy's sometimes closes early. Parking lot crowded and unclean. Limited large vehicle parking, pumps are awkwardly placed for big trucks.

Rude counter staff and nasty talk behind the counter. They spit in my food in Wendy's I threw it away while one of their homeless family was their chasing free food for 30 minutes. It was a incredibly trashy experience. A racist experience

Don't bother reserving a spot and expect it to be available when you get here. Employees will not make anyone move. Showed up at 10pm and told cashier that I paid but all spots was full. She said she ain't goin to do nothing about it and said if I wanted a spot to do it myself. Pilot owes me a paycheck for doin their job. Will not be back

Clean restrooms and friendly staff.I went to Wendy's and ordered a pretzel baconator with baconator fries and a large blueberry pomgrenate lemonade. Ladies in the back really know how to make a good killer order of baconator fries! Will definately come back!

The place was very well kept the bathrooms smelled great for being men's bathroom. Everything was tidy and clean. Staff was friendly all but one maintenance /Shower Cleaner at 7:00 in the morning cursing and being unprofessional about drivers waiting for there ..suggesting that they go knock on the inside showers and rush the person out instead of watching him barely do his job... Other then him the place was great, the Wendy's was incredibly clean in the staff was awesome

Had the worst experience here at the Pilot in Rayville, La. The coffee machine was down. I went to ask I suppose the manager, Tina, did they have any other working coffee machine she flat-out ignored me. The cashier with the glasses on was not friendly at all. It was more like, they didn't care at all about their customers. We went down to the Raceway to get coffee and the young lady cashier was so friendly and greeted us with good morning and gave us our coffee with a huge smile. We won't be stopping there anymore.

Filthy! Bathroom (ladies) was overflowing with trash and all sinks, floors and common areas were gross! In addition, they required everyone to come inside to pay up front for gas. Filling up the tank was questionable so, we guessed on the amount and any extra/over charges would be refunded. NOT a way to run a business! Especially when we pay at the pump with a credit card. Don’t stop here!

Unfriendly staff. Why does the coffee beans look like they were dropped in the fuel island and then scraped up off the ground and put in the coffee machine?! Maybe instead of staff outside smoking next to the door they need to be inside cleaning.

They finally finished the construction going on off this exit and the internet speed at this pilot is absurdly fast. Good place to get some downloads done truckers.

Stopped here because my dispatch has me in a difficult situation, originally from California. I was discussing my issue with another driver & she offered to give me her free shower because she was filling up. Approched the gentleman with our plans, he basically stated that he wasn't aware how many gallons warranted a free shower & he couldn't find any information. That was it, mind you he appeared to be a manager due to the button up collar shirt he was wearing. Obviously if someone is giving another person their benefit, there is a reason. Secondly, for the sake of service, just give the shower to the person. Its evident they need it & it's not the drivers issue that you aren't knowledgeable about your companies services offered.

Nice and clean Truck Stop. There is a Wendy's inside. Screaming Eagle Truck Wash is right next door! They hand wash like an old school truck wash! Trailer washes and washout too!

Was a grey hound stop but It's clean well stocked has travel gifts pillows shirts etc along side hot food plus the typical store items. Clean bathrooms and they have showers. There's also a Wendy's attached it was good and the staff were fast and nice

Showers were very clean, it means a lot when you get done with a 14 hour day and you have a clean shower room to clean up in. Thank you all very much! Staff was very friendly too

on a girls trip we stopped from tennessee to get snacks and bathroom. i want to thank first the lady that returned my wallet to the front desk!! can't tell you how your act of kindness has renewed my faith in the human race!!michael, the manager, your staff went beyond to help me out in getting to you and the safe return of my wallet! he even sent it federal express at NO cost to me!the place was clean and bathrooms can be commended in their tidiness!

I'm not impressed. The location is almost impossible to get in to with the road construction. That being said, there was plenty of parking available when I arrived. The staff in both Wendy's and the Pilot were too busy on their cell phones to help customers. The cashier at Wendy's was even talking on her phone while helping customers. You are here to work. Not be on your phone. I reserved my shower and waited my turn. Their idea of cleaning a shower amounts to removing the dirty towels and replacing with clean ones. The toilet hadn't even been flushed which tells me absolutely no cleaning was done between customers like it should have been.
