Store is always clean, all the shelves faced and stocked, all the tags and such are visible, and all in all store if very clean fresh and wewl kept. Employees are always well groomed, very well mannered and helpful. Those are the perks, the downfalls of shopping here are the prices, a bit higher in almost every are when compared to Walmart or Walmart neighborhood market, and my biggest pet peve is the meat/poultry /fish section... When I see seasoned from the butcher meat packaged and discounted, it actually means that the meat is old and turning colors, this they add the colorful seasoning and discount it for a few more days... That concerns me, if you will hide the fact that the meat is spoiling by putter red seasoning all over the meat to hide discoloration due to spoilage, then what else would you be willing to hide? That's why the three stars, if it weren't for the prices and the sneaky butcher in the back, I would have gave a 5 star BUT....ITS A 3

Nice and clean very friendly store. The employees are very nice clean and friendly, i recommend all my friends to this store. They also bag and bring your groceries to your car for you i love that. That's good people. Thanks and keep up the good work.

First time to the store had a very bad experience with AYANA . Was talking to another customer about me and my son and when I asked her what was wrong caught an attitude and went and told the manager she couldn't cash me out and I still did not understand what the problem was when she was talking about me and my son!!!!. And it only get a 2-star because the manager did come and bring me out but it wasn't for that I would have gave it a one-star

I really like this store. I found everything I needed and I had one problem. There was a really nice guy that helped me out in the dairy section. The problem was solved in about five seconds! Everything was stocked so well, and the cashiers were excellent. They offered to take my bags out, even though I didn't need assistance.

I went in without my mask and the staff was friendly and gave me one they where very helpful in helping me find my items and the store was clean I had a wonderful experience. Their fresh food at the deli is pretty good and they have my favorite cake tres leches this store just doesn't disappoint their fresh sushi 🍣 bar is amazing they have the best fresh produce hot food anything that you can think of same excellent service regardless of there feelings getting involved towards me

I always shop at brookshires..my mom always did and I enjoy their sushi as well as their butchers cuts of meats. They are sometimes a little pricey on some things so I watch for the same ads... but we save up points and use it for discount on our gas too..definitely a win win

Everyone there is so great! Yes, you even have a Ron. Their deli is always scrumptious but get there early. Medium pricey but overall, a good spot in a small town.

Today the manager on duty did the kindest thing ever for me. I'm several hours away from this location and was trying to place an order and pay for it over the phone. Nothing was going my way but this gentleman changed everything around for me by paying for the order. I will never be able to repay him but I am forever grateful for his kindness. ♡♡♡

Amazing experience, our 1st time in this store and the employees were helping us find what we needed with smiling faces and great customer service attitude. Good selections on deli, meat and produce departments. Will definetly come back every time we're in town.

We've been long time customers and really like the store. Since covid your delivery to the car has been great. Only problem is biscuits! We have not been able to get biscuits at Rayville or even Monroe for almost two months now. Yesterday went into Mack's Fresh Market in Monroe and noticed they have cans of biscuits in abundance. How is it Mack's has biscuits and Brookshire's does not?

Employees are nice and good prices on meats. I got food from the deli; I got the fish and French fries and I took a bite of fish it taste like rubber and I got really sick after and my husband got sick too. I don't know what they do to their fish but I hope we didn't get food poisoning. Their French fries tasted weird too. I suggest don't get that from the deli or anything else from their.

The store was pretty good, but when you went to checkout with your groceries, you had to get out of the way of the people in the other line. The checkout has to be setup better.

The gentleman went in the back to get the infant formula we needed and was very helpful. Our cashier is the most pleasant employee at this store. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can.

Went in to Brookshire's and picked up about give items. Got to the checkout with five other's waiting to get checked out. The young lady calls for another cashier with no response. About that time another person fills up the check out line. Frustrated, I put my stuff on the empty counter and left. Was forced to go to Walmart, which I don't care to do!!
