The worker that calls herself a manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, and down right hateful. I would like to know why they advertise the store being open until 10pm when EVERY night the door is locked at 9:45pm. Don't bother calling their home office either because I have called on 3 separate occasions with not 1 follow up call. So in my opinion, Family Dollar employees are much more helpful and considerate.

Walked in with my service dog and got told by the employee no dogs allowed in the store. I understand a pet but this was my service dog that I need. NEVER GOING BAK.

Grocery items are being labeled as non grocery items, when asked about why I was charged cash after using my ebt card, the person in charge (manager is what she called herself) looked at the receipt and couldn't tell that grocery items were labeled as non grocery items. On the receipt from my understanding X means grocery and N means non grocery, something a manager should had known. I used the self checkout, she then proceeded to say that self checkout register was on a different system than the register the cashier uses when checking out customers, ANOTHER issue that didn't make sense to me. So there was nothing done to fix the error. She supposedly didn't have a key for returning items (THE MANAGER) and asked her name before leaving, gives the wrong name as if I couldn't see her name tag. The cash wasn't that much, but still i like to save money just like everyone else when i dont have to spend it. The point of this review is the prices are going up on EVERYTHING, things aren't being programmed correctly there obviously, never tried to fix the problem for the customer, who knows who else they are doing this same thing to, that isn't aware.

Cashier must have been in training, a little slow. Not enough employees working, so wait to check out was kind of long. Excellent stock and seasonal stock was amazing !

Another new Manager. She does not honor sales prices. I was in there as she was putting out clearance prices, wr spoke. I went to check out & she rang up full prices. I reminded her the sale, excuse over excuse. I left...

Really made me pray for the one by my house.I to open back up. Highway182 North. I asked to please use the restroom and they told me it wasnt working well enough to let me use it, I would have preferred for them to just be honest and say we don't allow customers to use it, I know they lied to me, I don't like liars, just tell me the truth

Save yourself the headache only a few staff members are nice and the manager is unprofessional and talks demeaning around you instead of too you. Has a horrible attitude. Please DG fix this.
