We traveled to New Orleans with our small dog, and we were so lucky to have Zeus Place close to our hotel. Our dog is a young dog not used to doggy daycare setups, but the staff were super loving and caring, and we were very comfortable leaving him there for a few hours a day of pet-free sightseeing. The facilities are very nice and clean, and we loved the webcams -very entertaining! Thanks Zeus Place for accommodating our doggy on short notice.

I was in New Orleans for vacation and had checked out this place online and kept it in my mind in case we needed daycare for our dogs- and I was glad I did. With car problems and excessive heat we were in a tricky situation and I already felt better just talking to Taylor on the phone who got all their information before we were even in town. Our dogs only went to daycare for two days but I really liked that you could check in on webcams and that there was flexible dropoff and pickup (which definitely helped because we never knew when we'd have our car back as well as gave us flexibility in doing some touristy things). I'm a groomer so I have a decent idea of what it's like to manage a bunch of dogs and I have to comment that I did notice via the webcams they are very fast at cleaning up the inevitable accidents. I never saw any concerning behavior among the dogs so i trust their group placement as well. I highly recommend and will definitely use again next time I'm in town!

My Midnight has been going here for over 7 years now since his very first haircut. They treat him so well and he loves going, always looks very dapper after a trip to Zeus’ place downtown.. thanks to the entire team for taking such good care of my baby!

They were so nice, I needed a quick nail trim for my little man and he was was in and out in no time. The did such a great job with him, I would go back again. Also they have such cute collars and leashes.

My dog Nova loves going to Zeus’ Place Downtown. Support this local daycare and be sure to visit their other locations including their rescue - Zeus’ Rescue! They are doing great work around the city and in the state of Louisiana to save animals from kill shelters, off the streets, and from neglectful owners!

We were so happy with how they spoiled our older "pup", Priscilla. I even walked in one day to pick Priscilla up from boarding to find the owner carrying her around in a sling. If you need daycare or boarding for your dog, Zeus Downyown is the place to go.

Great spot for grooming downtown. I've never boarded here or used their daycare, but the dogs seem very happy and well cared for.Zeus' is our go to for the best nail trims! My dog does not like having her feet touched, but they always do an excellent job and make the experience quick and easy. We've had nail trims done other places for more money, and they don't compare to what Zeus' offers!

In town for the holiday week and brought our English Bulldog Piper in for quick nail clip. They did an amazing job, great pricing and very kind people. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Just moved to NOLA. First time here. My pup Juda has had some bad experiences and is terrified of other dogs. However, he’s an Aussie so not getting professionally groomed occasionally is not really an option. I booked an appt and let them know my fears. Upon coming for the appt the issues weren’t necessarily addressed and I almost left not feeling good about leaving my pup. Luckily the groomer Bailey came and spoke with me. I paid for express on top of grooming to take priority and speed the process so he wasn’t there long. Bailey was amazing. I am super happy I trusted her and she was quick. Juda is one handsome little man beast with his new do!

Boarded my fur babe, Bear, over the Halloween Weekend. When I picked him up he was happy, energetic and had even attended a Halloween party... Lol... sooo cute! He was sent home with a Halloween box of fur babe treats and his Halloween photo.Thanks Zeus for taking care of my babe.

They watched my Boston Terrier for the day while visiting NOLA . She isn’t the easiest dog to get along with. They did a fabulous job and treated her with the utmost care. Highly recommend Zeus’ dwntwn for doggy day care!

Brought my puppy Roux to daycare and he LOVED it. The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had spoken to the manager before to get some questions answered and I appreciated how they were expecting him to show up for daycare! They also have been helping him not be afraid of being outside. Highly recommend Zeus' downtown!

If you are looking for a place to provide daycare for your fur baby, this is the place! The staff are excellent with the dogs and they really do care about them.Their prices are some of the best in the city AND if you schedule in advance, they will come to certain apartment buildings to pick up your baby. That is a lifesaver!! We are on our second daycare package and could not be happier. Also, Randi does a wonderful job with the grooming services. She regularly trims our dog's nails and brushes his teeth (she deserves a medal for this) all for a reasonable price! We LOVE Zeus' place Downtown!

I brought my dog to this location and both of the employees were visibly nervous and afraid of my dog (this dog is tiny and affectionate). They tried to convince me not to leave me dog there for some reason, and then they refused to walk my dog or take care of him throughout the day. He was completely neglected for no reason (other than the fact that he is a pitbull mix, which probably is the basis of their bias). They gave me a full refund, but the way they treated my dog was unforgivable and I will never return to this location. Unprofessional and disgraceful.

My puppy had his first day care and his first grooming here. He’s looking handsome coming out from the store. It’s cozy, warm and friendly environment place with a short walk for downtown residents. Grooming is by appointment only but daycare is ok for walk-in if you already registered with them.

They are always great to my Boston Terrier! I check in on him on the cameras and he is always having a great time. I would recommend Zeus' Place Downtown to anyone who has a pup that needs some play time and socialization- the grooming is spectacular as well!

We will never use Zues’ place again! We boarded for two nights and my dog now pees in his crate even when he is left for less than an hour. Previously he NEVER had this issue. They closed from 6pm - 8:30am. That is a minimum of 14 and a half hours he spent overnight isolated In his crate. In addition, we saw that he spent an incredible amount of time alone in his crate during the day!!!We were definitely left with the impression it is a business boarding dogs and not a business ran by dog lovers that board dogs.

Avoid. We have been loyal customers for a year now, and spent a lot of money here, only for Heather to call me being very rude and saying how she doesn’t want to see my dog again. I understand that if a dog had been a problem, and the parents had been warned, that it would be acceptable to say that, but in a nicer way, but we had never had a warning prior. Horrible service. Apparently, according to other employees, many people had issues with Heather.

They are very kind to both the owners and the animals. They are conveniently located downtown. They were very nice about taking my dog in for one night while I stayed at the Hyatt. Very nice group of people!

Any positive reviews of this location were generated by fake accounts. Do not utilize the downtown location; only go to Freret. The employees at the downtown location do not like dogs and they neglect the dogs under their care. It is despicable and I'm still deeply upset about the way my dog was treated by these people.

I called a few weeks ago just to ask a few questions, i called the location on Freret St, but they were already closed. Figured since the downtown location is associated they’d have some answers. The person who answered the phone was super helpful...EXCEPT. She convinced me to board at the downtown location but yet FAILED to tell me their prices are a solid $17 more expensive than the other location. So now, since i was misinformed and I have to board two dogs my only option is to either not pay my bills to make up for her mistake or cancel my vacation. And then, i decided i was not going to call to cancel because, why does it even matter at this point and the person who called me to see if i was still coming proceeded to say “well we would’ve appreciated if you let us know you weren’t coming.” LOL, i would’ve appreciated being properly informed on higher prices after being convinced to switch locations for my boarding reservations. i will not be going here. EVER. THANKS FOR RUINING MY PLANS. ((:

A friend recommeded this place to me saying that they work with rescue dogs. I brought my very wiggly puppy to get groomed after disappointing results at Petco. They did a great job. My baby is so handsome!
