Honestly, they are just never open anymore. Our family kind of relies on this place and it’s so disappointing that you simply cannot be sure if they will be open during their POSTED BUSINESS HOURS.

Made an appointment for testing days ahead of time. Received email confirmation but when I showed up to the drive-thru there was a cardboard sign that pharmacy was closed because the pullout box was broken and there will be no testing. Tried calling the branch number but call just gets disconnected after waiting. Pharmacy didn't even bother to send an email to notify customers. Completely unprofessional location. Do not go here for anything time sensitive.

Horrible. I will never use Walgreens again. I placed an order online for pickup and they basically refused to give it to me. I got the alerts that it was ready, walked down there and no one had any knowledge of it. I called the store to complain and they said it was ready. So, I drove down this time and called when I got there and they never brought the order out, so I went in and they got it and a woman who I think was the manager couldn't seem to scan whatever she had to scan. It had been almost 30 minutes at this point and no indication that I would would ever get this order, so I left without it and will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will never use Walgreens again. The frosting on the cupcake was a maskless employee walking through the store.

I called to refill a prescription yesterday, Sat, July 24 at 10:07 am and the automated system said it would be ready on July 25 after 11 am. I was even given the option to sign up for auto fill and I chose yes for that. I went to the drive thru today at approximately 5:45-5:50 pm and the employee told me they had nothing for me and could fill it for tomorrow, July 26. I told her it's seizure medication for my dog and she could have a seizure if she misses a dose. Her response was, "we close in 10 minutes." I asked if there is any way they could fill it today and she said it would be ready at 11 tomorrow. I told her I'd be at work and asked what time they open. She responded, "we are open from 8am to 9pm and your prescription will be ready after 11." I get that you close soon, but I came expecting to take 2 minutes of your time picking up a prescription that was promised today. I also understand that things malfunction, but having a tiny bit of concern for your customers would be nice.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacist and the assistants will lie to your face stating that they gave you a certain amount of medicine when actually gave you less..Let me explain. First thing I went to the drive-thru to pick up medicine for my 4 year old. (3 different medicines). When it was time to give me the medicine, the assistant only reached me 1/3 medicines. I asked the assistant, where are the other 2, and I was told I couldn’t get the other 2, because I was given a 60 day supply, and 60 days haven’t passed yet. I informed the assistant that I only received QTY 30. I was told that I couldn’t get anything because according to them I was given 60. I told the assistant that I will be right back with the bottle to prove I wasn’t making it up. I came back immediately and was told by the pharmacist that I was given 2 bottles of this particular medicine,, and that was totally false, I was only given 1 bottle. I couldn’t believe it! This medicine is for a child! And this is ridiculous. MORAL OF THE STORY, IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS PHARMACY, PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEDICINE(S) BEFORE YOU LEAVE. CHECK THE LABEL TO SEE IF THE QTY. MATCHES WHAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE!!!!!! The staff will lie to your face!!!!The lowest I can give them is 1 star but they deserve 0.

It is impossible to contact the pharmacy any way but in person, and for people who work, this means it is often impossible to get prescriptions on time. We are all busy, but someone needs to be able to answer the phone occasionally. When the auto-hold time runs out, they just pick up the phone and loop you back through.Not everyone can sit in a pharmacy for hours. Some people work and need to call ahead. Pretty ridiculous

Walgreens In New Orleans is several notches below CVS . Almost every location is managed by the subpar. Bad manners, bad skillsets, bad management!I got here early as instructed by email. I drive up and the window for testing is "broken". Never notified me, let me drive here to be turned away. Im sure 20 plus other people were turned away today also. The regional management of Walgreens Louisiana is the poorest performing in the United States of America. I bet it'll still be broken a week from now. Today is 12/28/21

Prescriptions never ready when they say, will keep fobbing you off with excuses for an entire week of "a few hours". Will outright lie to you that it was delivered "today, ready 9am tomorrow", then the next day, "sorry, we didn't get it in".Phone system is completely inoperable half of the time, expect 90 minutes on hold for the other half.

Pharmacy - Poor customer service, both via telephone and in person. Wait times are astronomical. Have complained twice to Corporate HQ regarding this location's poor quality of service. The first complaint filed was regarding recent event where I called during early evening hours to check on the status of an Rx refill. I was on hold for well over 20 minutes and then the dreaded click, where I had essentially been hung-up on before speaking to pharmacy personnel.More recently, I phoned to inquire about an Rx...wait time on the phone was too long again, so I called back the system and left a verbal message to be contacted. 24 hours later, I received a call-back that was most unhelpful in terms of getting my issue resolved.

2 and 3/4 stars. Service is ok (hit or miss), deals aren't really the greatest. You can get better deals at the dollar store. Prescriptions are filled pretty fast and the drive through is convenient. Not great, not terrible.

Pharmacy staff is terrible, tried calling in RX from a doctors office and it took about 20 minutes but it kept saying ONE CALLER AHEAD OF YOU. Like there's only one person working in the pharmacy, whenever I go in there, there is a minimum of 5 people behind the counter, they just aren't WORKING. Too busy playing on phones and talking with each other.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and needed prescriptions. Several times to the pharmacy and it's always chaotic, with the pharmacist and assistants treating customers like they're in OPP or at the DMV. So rude. No customer service skills at all. Plus the parking lot and environs are filthy and littered with refuse. I will drive far now to get to a different drugstore. The one up the street on Lee is almost as messed up.

Very negative atmosphere with the staff at this Walgreens. When trying to pick up a Western Union they decide who they want to get it to and who they don't. They are very selective and who they deal with. And that is under professionalism

The Pharmacist was very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. They told me a two hour wait to sit and wait for prescription. When I asked for a number or supervisor information to speak with they said google so here I am writing a review.

This Walgreens does not even allow customers to use the restroom. Staff was even rude! Go to another location for scripts and drinks! Horrible customer service.

We're very helpful in helping me transfer a prescription the only reason why I gave them four instead of five stars is I waited on a phone line for a good 45 minutes before getting in contact with a human which normally is unacceptable but they did help me tremendously and getting a prescription

Poor customer service. Brad is horrible at seemed to only get annoyed at doing his job. Sighed serval times and continued to try and get me off the phone. Will also be calling corporate to report and will not be returning to Walgreens period.
