This particular location is 💯 on-point. Everytime I go there, the shelves are fully stocked. The store is always clean and spotless, no stocking carts in the isles.Also, in contrast to other's experience, I have found this pharmacy to be more efficient than other locations.This location is my personal favorite.

Pharmacy department is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and downright combative when you point out they got your prescription wrong. I argued with one of their lead pharmacists for almost 15mins because she chose to interpret “medication: Lantus insulin pen, quantity: 5” as THREE pens, instead of…you know, 5. The last time I tried to fill this same script they tried giving me ONE pen, because “that’s all we have in stock.” Ok, tell me that and order it for me, then, instead of charging me full price for 1/5 of my prescription? They are always extremely rude and angry when you point out they’ve made an error, too.

Rude management very unprofessional childish behavior. employees coming over the intercom counting down the minutes till close russing customers to get out the store immediately completely ridiculous and sad behavior!

I was out of town in New Orleans and forgot my birth control, so my doctor called in Birth control to this location. I saw the request on the app, and several hours later it was gone with no word. I called and the lady said they never got the request, even though I saw it on the walgreens app! Now I'm having the worst period of my life. Furthermore, I'm going to the beach and I wont be able to get in the water now. Thanks for cancelling my prescription. I'm so annoyed.

Terrible new display on their drink aisle. It completely covers up the fact that they were out of most items, so you have to open EVERY door to see what they are actually selling. Seems like a waste of energy since you have to open the door for longer to see what they have and where it is. Watched the next two people do the same as me, so by comparison their drinks are going to be warmer than anyone else that stays refrigerated behind closed doors.For some reason it wants to talk to you also. Don't know if you talk to it if it will magically stock their shelves, didn't attempt that.

Just moved closer to this location and tried to refill my prescriptions. One had "fill after 4/6/22" written on it. I was told it would be 20 minutes and called hours later... the woman said they can't fill it until the 16th??? I told her no, its the 6th and why did no one call me?She didn't explain and was super rude about it. I went back to retrieve my written prescription, brought it to the walgreens down the street, and got it filled in 20 minutes like the original store had promised. I don't understand.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Utterly rude and disrespectful to customers. Told me my prescription would be ready the next day and I came back the day AFTER and it STILL wasn’t ready. Little girl didn’t even know how to speak to people to even apologize and tell the circumstances of why it wasn’t ready. Need new pharmacy techs or older ones.

The workers here are wildly unprofessional, with the exception of two. The last time I went, the two cashiers (moving at a glacial speed) were loudly complaining to each other about a co-worker. How unpleasant!

This Walgreens is detrimental to the black community. This pharmacy is literally acting as guards and are suppressing life saving medications. Diane Jones and Tan V., “licensed pharmacist”, have attempted to convince me there is 25 doses of medication in a 2.5 ml/10 mg nasal spray. When confronted with dosage and calculations, I was met with obfuscation and the inability of Ms. Jones to get the correct calculations. Afterwards, they called the oppressors’ guard, Richard Hilliard, an “assistant manager”, whose job is to intimidate patients. There is no rapport between patients and pharmacist, just prisoners and guards. This is clear class antagonism, which extends to the Doctor’s office of Dr. Wanda Timpton, who is complicit, by writing incomplete and irregular orders. Walgreens need to be regulated because obviously they have a bunch of incompetents running amuck!!!

Make sure you check expiration dates on items. Also, the cashier was on her headset talking on the phone the entire time she checked me out.I said hello and thank you with zero response

This place has the slowest service of any Walgreens I have ever been to. No matter what time of day you go in, and even if you are just grabbing one item it takes forever to get in and out of their. There are always long lines at the cashier.
