The customer service by the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff is horrible. I asked the tech at the drive through windows to refill my daughter's prescriptions, she said ok, but didn't do anything. They're rude and unfriendly. They need to do better.

CVS store on the Simon is where I always go. I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the greeting of the store member and most Bryan Pharmacist who is always very polite patient and very knowledgeable. He is the reason why I keep coming back to Cvs Pharmacy.

This page won't let me rate any lower than 1 star. Otherwise I'd rate it a 0. Always late on my medications and it's the only place for my insurance so I'm trapped.Yesterday I waited in line at the drive thru and when It was my turn 1 minute after closing time the pharmacist shut the window in my face. Totally unprofessional!H

Poorly managed pharmacy with poorly trained staff. It is a challenge every time I need to fill a prescription. If you can, I suggest using another pharmacy.
