I’m very thankful to have been referred to Manny. Our puppies are very anxious and do not like to stay kenneled all day while waiting to be groomed so this was perfect. She was so sweet and even sent us a picture. I highly recommend 504 Dog Groomers. Grooming job was excellent. Great experience!

We had any amazing experience bringing our stander poodle and doodle here. They have a beautiful new location so clean and best of all for dogs with anxiety or any needs that doesn’t like to be kennel up they have a beautiful playground for dogs. Service is also pretty fast so recommended. If you become a member on VIP you also get great discounts we will be back..

Manny is the best! I appreciate her attention to detail while grooming my puppy. I appreciate all of her tips and advice. Jazz started with Manny at 4 months, his first visit he threw up, I felt so bad, but Manny was the absolute professional. We are moving out of State, we will miss you Manny. Manny is a superb groomer! We are so lucky to have her in our neighborhood.We recently got a rescue, 27 lb terrier mix that is completely terrified of everything and we did not know how we’d get her washed without injuring the poor girl. Manny was patient and thorough and our new lil pooch left her shop with a big smile.

We are new to the New Orleans area and found 504 dog groomers based on their reviews. We have four dogs, two of which are seniors, and we were very nervous to have them see a new groomer. Manny did such a wonderful job with all four dogs, but I am so appreciative of the time and care she took with our two seniors. I dropped in to pick one up and she was still working on our most senior dog who is a pug that is handicapped in his back legs. She was so gentle and supportive of him and he came home clean, de-shedded and happy. I will most certainly be coming back to Manny.

My boyfriend took our dog here on a recommendation. Never again! We were dissatisfied with the quality of the grooming and when he expressed this, he was basically told “it is what it is.” Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

We made an appointment, got the confirmation email, and waited 30 minutes at the store. The groomer never showed up. While Jefferson Feed tried to help us get in contact with her, the listed phone number was to an appointment service that had no idea about her whereabouts. We understand if emergencies happen, but it seems unprofessional to not provide a point of contact for customers for when they do occur. It was a waste of time for us to have to wander about the store, wondering where the groomer could be.

They canceled each appointment I made there, and they did not even call to appologize and explain, they simple cancel it via e-mail. Nobody picks up the phone either to explain what is going on. Three appointments and three was afterwords canceled. If you don’t want your schedule massed up, don’t book with them

It says they are temporarily closed which is good. Her cuts are horrible. She cusses out customers. And keeps your dog for long times they should not be doing business!
