Only 2 cashiers working. Both sets of self check out were card only (we wanted to pay cash). Lines were huge!! Finally got up to self check, and there was no wand (I was trying to buy a microwave). Nobody was helpful. Lots of employees walking around with a phone in their hand!

Pretty good store but the parking lot was a mess, shopping carts everywhere. Good selection. Tried by some alcohol and we had our 19 year old son with us and they refused to sell us alcohol in fear we would give it to college kid.

I did have to wait a long time for my prescriptions for they not ready. I was so happy to see that the three registered were open and the lines were moving fast

Busy Sunday before freeze. Busy store. Four or fewer cashiers with only self-check lanes open. Lines were into the aisles, and 45min+ waits according to customers. Put our stuff back and went to another store. Hire cashiers!

Although it’s the holidays, staff could be more friendly, more registers should have been open to allow customers to get in and out, and the store should have been cleaned.

Absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately nothing can be done. I went ask about an electronic item to a worker in that area and had no idea asking if I checked the app. I also got stopped by undercover security because I did not have a receipt....Unless its a subscription type service I feel that they cannot do this. I also feel multiple people standing around one location talking about their weekend is not professional, but like I said, it can't be helped as they are the only one in town.

Customer services did not page a member of our party when requested and I was hung up on when I called the 2nd time. We had a tired toddler in the car. The selection of items in the store were awesome however.

Usually clean, most staff is friendly. Not great at keeping shelves stocked though, but the meat section is pretty decent. Prices are comparable to other nearby stores.

Advertised as a new construction. It's not. Recently updated. Yes. But it is being poorly maintained as far as housekeeping. The room on the surface looked clean. But a closer look reveals dirty walls, moldy windows, sticky places on the floor and the top of the refrigerator had a heavy heavy coat of dust. One positive.... We did have room service every day

The only walmart in Natchitoches. Its nice and reminds me of any other Walmart. I love this one because they have some products that other Walmart stores may not have.

Horrible customer service, went back to get a cart and employee had the nerve to yell at me about going through thier security gate, cant find anything because they keep moving stuff, take your money elsewhereUpdate the gate is no longer there but good luck trying to budget and shop. Prices do not match what is on the shelf and you just hope they have it marked on the item, cant go in there for less than 100 bucks now. Not to mention people just about run over you while you shop, workers still rude as hell, especially the ones that's picking items for the pickup deal, don't get me started to what a mess that is, tried it once half of what I wanted either wasn't got or wrong flavor or just wrong item in general, I'd love somewhere local but there isn't anything locally owned anymore

I have been trying to call Walmart in Natchitoches for 2andahalf days whith no answer in any department and when I finally get someone they hung up on me three times in a row, this is a trashy no good store with a list of workers that couldn't find there way around a bowl of soup much less be in public doing a half as job 🙃 yall need to go back to shool

Look its Walmart. Come in get what you want and leave. The service will be mediocre and you'll find just about anything you'll ever need in your entire life. The store is kept clean and organized so overall just take it for what it is.

Went looking for me a IPhone. I came across this one that cost about $150. It's the iPhone 7, Black phone the newer model that come out in 2020. That was the only color that they had so I got that one. I got home with it opened it up and was looking for a place to plug in my earphones and there was no hole on the phone. You have to have Bluetooth earplugs on these newer model iPhone 7. And what was so funny about this was they gave me some earbuds to use with the phone with the cord on them. Does that make sense?!?😂But overall I really do enjoy the phone even though it's a later model.

I'm from New Orleans but we were staying in Kisatchie National Forest and stopped here around lunch time on a Wednesday. The people here were nice and everything was clean and in place. I read reviews before coming here and almost didn't come, but we didn't have any issues here at all. I'm not sure if it's the auto center that has issues, but the rest of the store was fine and I felt safe (can't say the same for most Walmart in N.O.)

This is the most disorganized Walmart I've ever been to. The shelves were a total mess and were stuffed with empty packages from theft.This was such a bad store, I got what I could find of what I needed and got out!

Store closes at 11. I don’t get off until 10:00 I make it there for them to tell me the doors close at 10:30. WOW! I come to this Walmart plenty of nights and have walked in at 10:45 with no problems. It’s enough it closes at 11 but now all of a sudden the doors close at 10:30. With the laziness of the employees and the store never stocked might as well close all together

I don't normally leave reviews of Walmart because you know it's Walmart.I travel across country and I'm usually making a visit to a Walmart in every city I stay at.Perhaps I caught this Walmart on a good day.But as soon as I walked in I could see that the fresh section of the grocery area was well-stocked and healthy-looking.Traveling through the isles to find some very specific food items for diet.The store was bang-on with everything I was looking for, Plus many healthier choices that other Walmart's will not bother to carry.The water was well stocked, loved finding out that they weren't out of the water I like to buy. This is usually my first disappointment.And then there were a few other products that I didn't think they would have, because I was looking for pasture-raised and wild-caught...But lo and behold I was surprised in every section.Someone's got their head on their shoulders here.Making this location a a cut above many of their counterparts in other cities.Now granted I made sure to get in there before 9 a.m. on a Saturday.So they probably had spent all evening stocking and hadn't been bum-rushed by the Saturday crowd just yet.Either way I didn't mind leaving the five stars,For being surprised with good things for a change.
