The staff is always really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And they frequently have really good sales on products that I have to buy repeatedly for everyday use (ex. sandpaper, nitrile gloves).

This time, service was poor. Was looking for a Steel Pipe cutter and an associate said they didnt have it in stock, (even though it showed in stock) he didnt look hard enough or at all. I found it later on.
