Lost my business today. When as soon as I opened the door the lady working their yelled at us to put masks on. I'm disabled and can barely walk. 98% percent of businesses in this town don't give a flying flip if your wearing a mask cause they need your business. I whole heatedly suggest that you avoid this store. Cause apparently they have the Covid Sheep mindset. I love going to Goodwill, but not this one.

I would give a negative 10 if it were possible. NONE of the employees were wearing their face mask PROPERLY ! And when I asked the cashier who was waiting on me to put hers on she ignored me. I spoke to her again she raised it while I was standing there but pulled it back down before I was even away from the counter. Another employee who had his mask across his chin stepped directly up to the counter right in front of me to talk to the cashier who gave me a very rude look. I will be calling the regional director of Goodwill. I am also going to call local authorities. As a business operating in today's climate YOU are responsible for the safety of your customers. WEAR YOUR MASK!

I have tried this goodwill 4 different times and EVERY time same HORRIBLE service! WON'T BE back....What I don't understand....Is there NOT someone higher up that cares about their Store??? Or even to take the time to reply to some of the other concerns that obviously won't change....Not very smart

Got off work late but saw their hours were till 8pm, so I decided to go.. just picked out a bunch of clothes, get in the dressing room, and then someone gets on the PA and says it's 6:30pm and time to bring your items to the front because they close at 7. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of my time! Won't be returning to this goodwill

There is always something I will want from there but my mom is a faithful visitor to the Goodwill. She loves it and we have always experienced good service.

The staff is friendly, but the prices on some things are a lot higher than the other one in Pineville, LA. There are some items that you can get here for cheap, but always ask before you buy to make sure.
