Trash was all over the parking lot. Store aisles were cluttered with merchandise, trash, unopened boxes, and empty boxes. The employees were so unwelcoming that it seemed as though my sheer presence in the store was an inconvenience to them.The only bright spot to my visit was one very young employee (possibly a new hire) who actually smiled and offered to help me with what I was shopping for. The other employees couldn't even belch out a "hello", "welcome", or "may I help you."The corporate office truly needs to take a serious look at the staffing in this store.

I enjoy Dollar Tree even if it's just to look around. My experience with the employees there is always a pleasant interaction. The store used to be really junky, but they have straightened things up. I will continue to bring my children so they can feel like millionaire's with 30 to spend.😆🙃

Although there was only one cashier checking people out, she remain courteous and apologetic for the long wait. Other than the wait, I was able to find what I needed for a reasonable price.

Dollar Tree Natchitoches Store manger has a very nasty attitude with costumers. Melinda? Needs more training on respect of the customer and the way that they pay for merchandise.@1:45 pm. Being a whit manager does not validate your right to be rude because the customer makes a statement about signs that they don’t take certain bills to pay for items with.🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Enjoyed my trip to Dollar Tree today !The staff seemed well informed about where to find products when I asked/ They were able after going to aisle and looking to tell me if they were out of a product. I felt that the staff was very professional in midst of holiday shopping !

Natchitoches, LA store..Clean store, fairly well stocked, check out person pleasant, store sign posted--Please wear masks..few risky teenagers shopping wearing NO MASKS (what would their family think? with COVID #s spiking)..lots of older people shopping & employees wearing masks. Only couple of employees, 1 checking & 1 doing balloon's..no way to keep tabs on shopper's not following protocol. Didn't know I could post pictures on reviews..Hm.. would they think twice if I posted their pictures?? Overall experience good. Merry Christmas!! & Happy New Year!!

Had limited stock. There was no real organization. Things was just random placed, well at least it seemed like that to me and the person who was with me . Cashier was friendly and polite.

Last time went here there was barely anything stocked , not much to choose from. Only had one register running with 5 to 8 people in line. Employees sometimes rude but not always. Good prices and nice selections.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree stores however this one in particular is filthy. Trash is strewn on the floor along with knocked-over shelf items. Gum is mashed into the carpet and there is a strange smell throughout the entire building. I'd much rather pay a little extra elsewhere than shop at this Dollar Tree.

SO this store is closed yesterday May 8th there is a sign on the door saying closed due to no employees to work. what the hell! The store is always dirty stuff all over the floor nothing where it's soposed to be. Just a big mess.

Filthy parking lot, long check out lines, and store in disarray.cannot believe a new store looks this way already.Long lines at check and no employee seems to notice.Worst Dollar Tree I've ever visited and I travel often.

Store is clean but small for the amt of customers it receives and checkout time is a bit long bc there's only @ few registers, but staff is nice.
