I took my dog in for a nail trim and the groomer nipped one of the veins on my dog's nail. I have taken my dog to many different groomers over the years and this has never happened before. The groomer was timid about cutting my dog's black nails but again, no other groomer I've ever taken my dog to has expressed nervousness or uncertainty about it, and never nipped a vein -- and this groomer ended up nipping a white nail, where you can see the vein! And his black nails are still too long. They seemed inexperienced with this.I also don't like that they took my dog in the back where I could not see him. Every other place I've been to, they trim my dog's nails in the lobby so we can see and comfort him, since he hates nail trims, which I stated.

They did an okay job. The price was great for my puppy's 1st groom. Only $53, but they said they don't cut puppy's coats for a while. I told them I just wanted a trim to make him look cleaner. They said they would do his face and sanitary areas. Two things I didn't like was we couldn't stay to watch. Also, they didn't do a good job on his claws at all. They are still very long.

Fluffy mutt saves the day every time I call them. I have a very fluffy dog and she gets groomed by them almost every 2-3weeks I love the service here because my dog comes back so clean and happy. Very comfortable with leaving my dog in their hands.

Jose did a great job cutting my dogs nail who is normally extremely difficult to work with. This is definitely going to be the spot I bring both of my dogs to!

I needed to change groomers, and saw how happy people seemed to be with this salon. They were fast, thorough, and gave Mr. Bear the cut I really wanted for him. Jose gave me a time estimate for when he should be done, which was accurate to the minute - it took about two and a half hours from the time I dropped him off to when they called to let me know he was ready, which is about three times faster than his last groomer. Big thing for me was that Mr. Bear didn't seem stressed or exhausted when I picked him up, which told me that he was very well cared for. Will definitely be coming back.

I take my 65 lb Goldendoodle here and they do a great job. They write notes on your dog and ask if you want anything different. He looks great every time. It took us a while to find a good Goldendoodle groomer. We will always take our dog here!!!

I recently moved back to New Orleans and was on the hunt for a doggy stylist for my very high maintenance Havanese. I found Jose through some Yelp reviews of similar small breeds and wanted to give him a try. He did a fantastic job grooming my pup to exacting standards. Will definitely use him for all future grooming needs.

I really can't say enough nice things about this groomer. Jose is kind and patient, and it's obvious that he cares about his clients. I even leave the style up to him, and it always looks great. The shop is clean and calm every time I go in.

My family can’t say enough great things about Jose and Fluffy Mutt. We followed him from Petco and never looked back. Laynee, our pooch, has extreme anxiety and issues touching her paws and she just LOVES Jose. Highly recommend

Very good salon. I had been using Petco and the results were inconsistent. Jose does a great job, its more conveniently located and i have been buying dog food there also. Definitely 5 stars.
