Asian Lady in the front at the counter barely wanted to help me I asked just to see one of their crabs to get a visual on the size for my gumbo and she refused to show me a crab gave me finger measurements as if that helped or as if I was going to steal the crab right out of her hand. Very bad customer service. I didn't feel welcome there and I didn't feel like a valued customer. Thanks for that. I'm glad I didn't get a chance to spend a dime there, and I definitely will not return.

Straight up hot 🗑️ garbage. I went with three other people because we heard by word of mouth that their boiled turkey necks, potatoes and corn were 🔥 fire. I will put money 💰 down for delicious grub...I also brought friends to support. From the parking lot you really could not tell if it was open or closed...no worries. Stepping from the right side of the building heading to the front door...super sketch and dirty. When is the last time anyone pressure washed in front or cleaned the glass outside. Trash out the front doors...Spidey sense kicking in..opened up the front door, store was not inviting and dark (flashlight dark)..with some random items strewn ahead of me. I can't recall, it was too dark, JESUS!!! Weird, but they had heat lamps or lighting on the steam table. It looked like an 8 a.m. garage sale gone wrong at 2 p.m. - SHAMBLES. To the right there was a woman sitting on a stool along side four feet from the steam table, yawning. Not once did she greet us, second atrocity. On the left hand side one person asked about the MAMA noodles underneath the counter shelf....no response but direct eye contact given...still yawning and stretching at this point...atrocities are compiling. Never asked asked what we wanted...so I ordered...three turkey necks which looked beautiful and three orders of potatoes....which I should have known better. Woman gets up about 2 delayed minutes later stretching and yawning like, I am disturbing her??? Really??? The place was empty, there was no lunch rush...there wasn't even a rush by the counter help to assist us. People stop spending your money here if you are not treated well, humanly. Second question ⁉️ is why does anyone continue to spend money here??? I walked out, along with three other potential long term consumers. I really never do a one star, but a business that basically tells you that don't care or not if you patronize the establishment says volumes to me. Hello is anyone out there??? They are going to make the money regardless...because we are DUM DUMs for the tastebuds. Take the BUDs elsewhere....save ya dollars, I cannot be the only one traumatized by this place. This store triggered me and caused me to seek out crab boil therapy. I repeat there are so many other awesome places to go that will appreciate your business. GO TO THEM, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON...THANK ME LATER.

This used to be a good place to get good seafood and wings. I never had a problem with this business until recently. I went to try their small gumbo, and I waited 20 mins or more. They have changed from 5 dollar minimum for credit or debit to 10 dollars. It was warmer in the building than it used to be, which I understand because it is extremely hot outside. The small gumbo came in a slender 16oz cup(7.00) mostly rice, and it was very salty and did not have a gumbo flavor to it. It was not good at all to my taste buds. I have heard people complaining about them, but since I never had a problem, I didn't judge them because of it. The worst part was that I had to wait so long just for the gumbo that was supposed to be already cooked. I may go back and try their wings again to see if that changed. Definitely the gumbo was not worth my time nor money.

Im never coming here again. Went for the first time and picked up some crawfish. At 6.49/lb they are ripping people off. More than 1/3 of the crawfish had no tails and the tails in the bag had no meat. It seems like someone is either eating the crawfish and throwing them back in there to account for the weight they charge.

Good amount of food for the price. We tried this take-out place while traveling through New Orleans. Kids loved the shrimp pasta. We liked the shrimp from the shrimp and fish platter; the fish didn't taste fresh. The shrimp fried rice didn't taste good at all.

Went here at the recommendation of my aunt who has been a Westwego resident for as long as I can remember.Every time I come in town I always look for the taste of home...I got a turkey neck & corn. It was good.

Boiled crawfish are amazing! Not too spicy, just right. Boiled shrimp were good too. The fried chicken was BOMB. The rice wasn't my favorite but everything else was amazing

I ordered a pound of boiled shrimp and a sweet and sour chicken plate. The shrimp was cold but flavorful. Unfortunately, the plate was horrible. The shrimp fried rice was gummy. The chicken was fried hard, and the sweet and sour sauce was small. It barely covered the chicken. I went to this place years ago when they first opened. I didn't like the way they fried fish, so I just never returned. Recently, a friend was praising the food. I decided to give them another try. MISTAKE!

I have no clue who has been leaving these reviews of the Crawfish, probably some people who never ate it. Let's give an honest one.The Crawfish is Boiled using way too much celery and zero citrus which causes it to have very little flavor 95% of my 10lbs were small and the shrimp only had a better taste because of the natural taste of shrimp and the sausage taste like seasoned water. I would strongly suggest buying from somewhere else.

Very ignorant and rude Lady answers the phone. Was trying to order a sack of crawfish and asked for a price. She responded 100 something, and I responded 120, 130, for clarification and she hung up in my face. I called back and asked again and she repeatedly hung up. She barely spoke good English and apparently got upset when I asked her to repeat. Never doing business with them again!

I hated this, the wait was an hour and a half for a plate of fish and some shrimp. Their kids are out of control, they were running around with sticks inside the store and the outside of the store. It was so bad that we had to leave because we were sitting at one of the tables and they got on top of it. Then the food wasn't even that great. Save your money, you are in Louisiana try to put your money into something else.

If you need party wings, don't pass up this place. Their prices are reasonable and the chicken is good. There a few dining tables for those who order and want to eat sit and have a a quick bite.

Seafood was delicious, poboy was overstuffed with shrimp and seafood platter was amazing.We ate in , I dont believe this is a full fledged restaurant, it's more like a grab and go with two (2)tables , cashier was friendly and polite.Now for the negative, the bathroom was very dirty and not stocked with paper towels for drying hands.The bathroom condition is the only reason why ,I didn't give a (4) star rating.

This place is not a restaurant but rather a place where you can order great seafood to go. We got 3 different po boys (shrimp, catfish, and soft shell crab). All were delicious and the side of fries were just right. If you plan on going here, keep in mind that there is no place to sit. Only 2 tables usually occupied by people waiting for their to go order. The most popular item seems to be the boiled crawfish. People were coming in buying 5 pounds or more at a time.

Crawfish was actually good . Good spice and nice size . Boil potato’s was not bad but they was not boiled with the crawfish just had a butter taste .Price was cheaper then most and I am very happy and full

I got the seafood platter, cooked perfectly, taste great. On the other hand, it had six shrimp, six oysters, two pieces of fish and a softshell crab that had no claws and one leg. For $18
