This store fell off recently. I been shopping here for 8 years. Never did I see separated soaps not priced and then when asked about the price, the assistant manager is condescending telling me to bring it so he can price check it. Attempts to call me childish by constantly asking my age and then erroneously label me indecisive instead of immature. Today I ask for some weed eating spray but the bigger bottle. I even asked if they had it in stock he had the nerve to get combativeand reaffirm that's all they have. I asked when the truck come in once again he don't know. I bought the small bottle and it's already all gone and I didn't get my full back yard. Who the hell only needs that small bottle anyway ?

The store is unbelievably unorganized and huge crates of items are just everywhere making it impossible to walk down some of the isles. The cashier was very rude in regards to anything asked about item availability or otherwise. Todsy I've tried several times to reach the manger but the phone goes to a busy signal after a few rings. Horrible to have the name of Dollar General and have the establishment in this kind of dissaray.

I usually like going to this place! However, some of the staff they have hired is literally trash! Last night 7/11/2022 the closing cashier which is a man was absolutely rude. I didn’t realize that dollar general change their time and I went to the store at 9:40p. The guy that works their was smoking his “medication” on side of the store and yelled…No we closed. He literally hid in the shadows of store yelling that out to a customer! I don’t know what kind of establishment this is becoming but it’s embarrassing. Not returning! By the way, I was a frequent shopper at this location.

When I went to check out I waited 10 minutes (literally) and couldn't find any employees to check me out. Finally she came from the back and said "register 2", nothing else neither me not the man behind me realized what she meant and we looked at each other, then she said "I'm can check you out at register 2" so I started to take my products off the counter and had to move them then she finally grab some. Something needs to be done about these employees, they need to be held to the ways of when people were courteous, I can go shop elsewhere, there are other stores that are friendly

Placed a pick up order. When it got to be well past the pick up time I went there to see what the deal was. Turns out they didn't hear the alert and I was their first pick up order. I have to say they certainly hustled to get my order together. I could tell they really gave it 100% of their attention, for that I give 5 stars. With that ethic that store may be the star of the West Bank!

This actually pretty decent Dollar General. If you know Fam Dollar and Dollar General, you know neatness, cleanliness and customer service isn't always their strong suit. This location however, has always been neat and clean, with helpful customer service as long as I've been in the area. I say this having been an Assistant Manager at the Fam Dollar down the street. We were never as nice as this Dollar General is. Totally recommend.

Needs to be cleaned can't shop in over half of the store if you're in motorized chair you can't shop the store everything is on floor it's just a mess and it stinks in the store

Why work at Popeye if yoy are going to have an attitude.. If my chicken strips were not hot n I'm willing to wait for fresh ones to be dropped what's the problem? Why do I have to wait for you to ask a manger can you make hot strips.. I was like wait what? It took at last 6 minutes good her to say yes then another 5 minutes for them to cook ..that just don't make no sense

After checking out was told by cashier store is completely out of bags and will have to either buy cloth bag for $1 each or carry items in hand. I did purchase bags instead of carrying basket full of merchandise, but afterwards felt like just getting a refund didn't want to hold up long line. Very poor management at Marrero Express way location

They had the 2020 Desk Blotter that I use every year. ALSO CHRISTMAS items 50% off and I purchased a few items on a deal. Very nice cashier that checked me out.

Of all the dollar generals in my area, this location is the best kept, best stocked with no clutter in the isles, and most importantly, the best customer service.

Ok place so shop. Always keep your eyes out for the dollar bargain deals they're hidden throughout the store was there there sometimes on some items you may need.
