This is the best hardware store ,the staff is very friendly,and eager to help,I recently went to one of the big stores you know who they are ,they never want to help you , I will never shop anymore there , I am getting up in age and need help at times,and wow we're they the most amazing customers service 5 stars rating yes,but there is no number high enough for there caring for there customers.

I needed to fill the propane tank in my class C motorhome. I'm still new to the RV world and a bit unsure of myself when driving in reverse and especially on a hill. The guy was very helpful and pulled my motorhome up to the tank so that it could fill it.

Very rude and unprofessional brunette staff member. She literally pulled an item I had purchased out of my hand and said it was for another customer. Once you purchase something it belongs to you. It was from items on display located on the sales floor. If it was not meant for customers, put the items out of site and off of the sales floor. She was very unprofessional in her interactions with paying customers. You have now lost my patronage and i will now shop at the hardware store on Hwy 22.Update 09/18/20;Thanks for your response Bonnie. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, however I understand the circumstances. It was the interaction that was upsetting. All it would have taken was the employee to listen to my point of view and acknowledge the incident was unfortunate. Instead they were very rude to me in front of other customers and just kept interrupting me saying the same thing over and over. I left because I was getting very angry at this person and did not want it to go any further.

The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. The store has almost anything you need so no need to drive all the way to Home Depot. Plus they have things HD doesn't.

The staff in this place is super helpful. Despite the limited space in the store, they try their best to have everything available in stock. Thee provide very good advice and guidance as well.The parking space in the front is very limited but you can have more parking space in the back of the store.

This is the best ACE Hardware I have ever been to. They are neat, clean and extremely organized!If you need a specialty fastener or fasteners, this is the place to go!

I went out of my way to do business with this store on New Year’s Eve feeling happy for the new year!! I waited in line to ask the older lady behind the register a question and she was not only extremely rude but loud when answering my question about a product with disgust! I tried to over look her bad attitude and ask one more question about the product when she then rolled her eyes to the next person in line😡 so at that point my husband and I put the products back and walked out!!! I will never visit this location again and to the rude old lady behind the register HAPPY NEW YEARS to you!

One of the best small hardware stores you can go to. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If the dont have what you need they will get it for you. I make a point to go there as opposed to the big orange store when at all possible. Prices are very reasonable. They have some specialty items you will not find at the bigger stores as well. Go see Jamie over there he will help you with what ever project you might be working.

Awesome family owned place. Super knowledgable and they have nearly everything you need. Great cuz home depot is a ways out. But this store is better than the big ones for many reasons. The people are very friendly and the prices are good. I prefer to go here instead of the big stores in Covington

Just what I've been looking for in our area - a locally owned hardware store that has great customer focused service. Prices and much of the selection the same as the big box stores. Yet they seem to have more employees than the box stores and are very willing to help. Very worth shopping here - get exactly what I need and support a local business.

Homeowners with a sense of community and a general misunderstanding of tools (like me) will find this store a blessing...especially die-hard Yankees (like me). The men and women of Tchefuncte Hardware don't laugh at me when I come in asking for "large objects that are heavy and are used to 'do stuff' around the yard". They actually probe my stupidity and really help. This is comforting. Even my wife comes in to witness their professionalism vs. my ineptitude. Love you guys!
