Customer service is obviously paramount. Every time we’ve visited this establishment the employees are very friendly and helpful. The convenience is worth the tad bit extra in pricing. Besides we like to support locally owned businesses.

Amazing service and was blown away by their kindness! Our AC broke, so we went to find fuses. We were helped immediately and they offered to test our fuses first before we bought anything. Our fuses were fine, so he asked about the problem with the AC, explained what it likely could be, and gave us a recommendation on an AC guy. He went out of his way to save us money. We'll definitely be giving them business in the future for any hardware needs we have!

Reeves wouldn’t work with us on a rental that was returned the very next morning; instead charged me another full day. I’m addition, I explained the trencher that we rented couldn’t even get the job done because the I didn’t have enough details about the capabilities of the specific trencher they had available. I shop here often and consider myself a regular and local customer. I’ll go to other nearby hardware stores in the future and will recommend others I know to do the same.

1st time in, really just to check it out. Really nice inside. Has great selection of items and variety of things to choose from- plumbing, paint, gardening, auto, etc. super helpful employees. (thinking they may have been the owners)I’m not a person that is excited for businesses, etc replacing nature, but I do think that a hardware store is something that you need close to home. Good job, Reeves!!

Great hardware store! I’m as finding a hard to find fastener and they have the largest selection in town! They also rent everything from tillers to snowball machines. So glad to have them in Madisonville. Awesome employees as well, as everyone is so friendly.
