Not only did they have the parts we needed on hand. I called ahead and the lady had it sitting on the counter waiting. They also loaned me the tools to change it out on site, so we could keep on schedule instead of making a 30 minute drive home.

Found them on Facebook when I was looking for a zero turn mower,their ad got my attention on the package deal they had,so I went there to check it out,after a few min of getting there Casey came out and greeted me,I must say she is very knowledgeable of the equipment I was looking at as well as Jacob,I got such a good deal I upgraded to the 52 husqvarna.they also look out for their veterans 10%discount.all and all im so glad I went there. Go there you will not be sorry...for what I was going to pay for a used zero turn, had I bought one used I would have kicked myself lol........definitely will buy there again.

I bought a Husqvarna 430X automower from The Big R about a year ago. I’ve been very pleased with my purchase, and that feeling was reinforced last weekend! My mower was operating Saturday and got stuck when one drive wheel dropped off an abrupt edge of the turf along a sidewalk. This is routine and only occurs once in a while. I turned it off and picked it up to move it back onto the mowing area. When setting the mower down, I dropped it on its nose from a height of 6” to 12”. Then I tried to re-start the mower, but got an alert saying “ Collision Active”. I was unable to clear the alert and could not get the mower started! The Owner’s Manual recommended contacting my authorized dealer, which I did. Jacob, with The Big R took my call, and coached me through to the solution! Jacob had sold me the 430X, delivered it to my home, and installed the system for me. He showed up on time, did a good job, and all this at a distance of over 50 miles from his store! Then, after a year of reliable service from the machine, Jacob walked me through the steps to solve the problem I had created. I am very pleased with this product, and even more pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service I’ve received from The Big R Services, LLC. If you need lawn care equipment, I strongly recommend Husqvarna, and encourage you to make The Big R Services your dealer. I’m really glad I did.
