Normally the employees working at this Dollar General are nice, helpful, & very respectful. Today would be the 1st time for me to have a complaint. When I walked in I told the cashier I had a return, he called for a lady and told her he had a return. (I didn't catch her name, I just know she had red hair.) She walked behind the counter and said, "where's your receipt?" I told her that I didn't have one and that I was just trying to return a few items bought extra for Christmas. I already knew before i walked in that without the receipt I couldn't get cash back i could only get a gift card with the amount of the return on it. But she told me "she wasn't taking anything back without the receipt, she didn't know what to tell me, I was just stuck with it." It surprised me how rude she was. After walking out the store I decided to walk back in to use the restroom. When I walked back in the lady was standing by the young male cashier, I asked them if the restrooms was locked and she responded, "it's out of order you'll have to go someplace else." Another customer overheard her and followed me out the store telling me that the restroom wasn't out of order. They noticed how rude she was being towards me and how her behavior wasn't called for. I don't know what her caused her to act that way or why, but I know it the way I was spoken to and treated, offended me. I've never had a problem like this before and I'm unsure if I'll ever return to a place of businthat treats their customers this way.

The tall guy that works at the cash register sometimes, ALWAYS has an attitude. He is very rude, and acts like he doesn't even care about anything or anyone going around him. He's always huffing and puffing when you ask him anything. He just doesn't seem care. Rolling his eyes and stuff

This Dollar General seems to have alot of empty shelves. They're not as nice as the one I usually go to either. I will drive the extra miles to my usual Dollar General because I know they always have what I need, and the atmosphere is kind and friendly. But this Dollar General is not!

Best is one of the most disorganized dollar stores at ever been in. The staff is generally Surly and not helpful. Items are not in the aisles that they should be and a lot of times are in the aisles where you have to walk around them. This is not a place I would recommend going to unless you have no other choice.

Customers here were of the lower tier of the society class. The store itself is conveniently located with a large array of household goods. If I were to go here without protection of a weapon I probably would be alone.

The NEW store is very convenient with clean, wide aisles and much more stock. Has (excellent) Brown's dairy milk at low prices.

Cashier was lovely, the stocker helped me find some candy for the movie theater lol it was nice as far as a trip to the dollar general goes

The management is out right joke,who holds cigarettes that are delivered to store in the office 3 or 4 days because she being Summer don't want to scan and let the employees put out for customers but ok for customers to get mad at cashiers, cuss them out and make it the cashiers fault, let's not forget the key holders who eat stuff off shelves say they're going to pay for never did while they supposed to be training others.Thats what you call real good leadership...

Need more cashier's. Waited in line for almost 30 min to check out. The cashier's allowed a customer to go get an item she forgot not once, not twice, but three times. The line was so long it went all the way down an isle.

Rude employees, boxes in the way, can't buy the products you need because the employees don't fill the shelves. Terrible store. Don't waste your time shopping here.

Assistant manager is rude there ac has been out for months and they put in requesting to have it fixed and still not done crowded most of the time only one cashier and the other workers don't really go to the cash register to help
