We stopped in there yesterday and we were greeted by the nicest store clerks I've experienced in a long time. Very help full with directions and points of interest in the area. I hope you keep them as employees.

Website says they close at 9pm me and 4 other people were locked out at 8:45pm. I called and begged them to open for two items i needed. Dollar general set this store up in the middle of no where and is trying to get is hooked on their bad service. Not shopping anymore. I will hit super one or walmart in new roads. The staff are mad and have bad attitudes. All i asked them was to stay open till 9pm like google maps said they would and all i go t was attitude about how effed up their job was. They hired on to do a job. Not my problem they dont want to do the job. Never going back. So much for having a local store to save us the long drive time.

The staff at this dollar general is the laziest people I’ve ever seen every time I come in this store all the staff is in that little office either on the phone are talking to one another you have to wait on them to be done with there phone call are there talk in between one another to get checked out the store don’t close till 9 pm but at 8:00 pm they lock the door I feel sorry for who ever is doing the work in there because the crew that works the late shift is really lazy they should stay at home on the couch because they are not worthy of that job good luck on finding new employees because it’s in need of some fresh blood

We are now on the way to calling New Roads Home and I absolutely love the associates who work at this store. They know that I don't come in often but when I do I will spend quality time with browsing and when I FINALLY make it to the register my thoughts are with & the patient souls because I spent over $200-$300 and then push out two carts sometimes three. Saved me from going to larger shopping store

The ladies who works there went above and beyond customer service. Looked for item I just casually ask about. Wow. Told me about their clearance sale tomorrow. Wow. Showed me the coupon on my receipt and when it was in affect. Amazing. Thank you. Great staff. They need a raise.
