Me and my aunt p.j went to trim her dog Dakotas nails. He came out to be perfectly in good shape. He had a very good trim,fast walk in service, and nice employees.So I think you should come to the grooming station at PetCo.

I recently tried to get my dog groomed at a competitor's store and they turned me down because my dog is very nervous around strangers as her previous owner did not socialize her properly. She urinated twice when they picked her up and said they couldn't take her. At your store I told the woman she was a nervous dog. She took a couple of minutes calming her while she looked at her hair. She then walked her to the back without issue. Overall I really appreciate that and the hair was great also especially due to the delay I had getting her groomed after the incident at the last place. I believe the woman's name was Megan and she was great and Should be recognized

The service is always great from begining to end...no pun intedned with the grooming. My doxin looks fab every time he gets groomed. He is treated like he is family and so am i. The workers are kind and helpful. I would and have recommended Petco many times. Thanks Petco staff & groomers you are the tops!

I have to say that We will never have our Dog Groomed here ever again.I made the appointment for our Dog CoCo a week or two ago from San Antonio Texas and we also go to the San Antonio Petco for Grooming and other thing and have never had a problem, We Love our Petco's.But when it was time to bring both of our Dogs in for there appointments at 10:00 am to get there Baths, I had called the store 3 times and no one answered.When we arrived at 10:10am Ms. Lindsey was at the front and started that she had just called us 5 minutes sooner and she had an attitude the was that she talked to my Husband and Myself was uncalled for.She should not be a Dog Groomer and even work with the public.When she started talking to us she started that she needs to have s number that we will answer the phone to..OK, When you have to look up a Dogs information in the computer and you see a 210 area code and a San Antonio Texas address is is your responsibility to get all of the information that you need, That is called Customer Service!!And you are not suppose to talk down to the people that are paying you money to do your Job !!We were then told that because our other female was coming into season that she could not get a Bath !!!!What ??? Why didn't anyone ever tell us this ever Before???So we called Veterans all service place and they took her with no problem.
