Always clean and well stocked. Bathroom is always spotless. The teen checkers are sometimes surly, but otherwise a good hometown grocery store.

All the workers were extremely polite and helpful. There were quite a few holes with missing product and we weren't able to find everything we needed, but we were shopping right after a hurricane disrupted supply chains. And the prices are quite a bit higher than what you may find in a bigger store, but that is literally the price you pay for having the convenience of a store right down the road.

Fords has a great selection of fresh cut meats and an excellent management team. If the check-out lines get too long, the managers will even step up to help check. They also keep the store looking clean & the shelves are always “fronted”. The only complaint I have is that everything is SO OVERPRICED! Even the items they list in their weekly / bi-weekly sales ads are expensive. Blue Plate mayo on sale for $5.48??? I’m not sure who or how they decide what items to place on sale & at what price, but there’s definitely no logic behind it. And they discontinued their Diamond Dollar program & implemented a Rewards Program. Fords is definitely saving money with this switch. You have to spend a fortune to accumulate points. Then you may be eligible to get a $2.00 pizza or box of Best Choice Mac n Cheese for 500 points. If you’re on a tight budget or don’t get $1000 a month in Food Stamps, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Ford's is my idea of a typical small town grocery store. It has a decent selection of products. Prices are a little high but sales are helpful. It's a good place to buy meat.

We were staying in a town that had no actual grocery store, so this was the closest. We had just gotten into Louisiana from Indiana pretty late and had to rush 30 minutes to this nearest store with 20 min to do a full vacation shopping trip! The prices are a little higher but they had everything we needed and we're so nice and even stayed open for us!

I love stopping by the store each time I come home. The customer service in the store is beyon amazing. The young African-American lady working on the bakery goods is Sunshine in your store. She looked for an item for me. Her attitude was happy to assist you and I will go beyond to ensure you are a happy customer.She stopped what she was doing immediately after I ask for an item. She even went into the stock room to look for the item. I am so sorry I didn't get her name but I will the next time I am driving in from Dallas to Vidalia.

I love this grocery store. Meat is always fresh. Great weekly sales. Friendly employees. Still have guys that bring your groceries to your vehicle. Most stores do not have this personal touch anymore. Although it's my local store, it receives a lot of business from people out of town.

Decided to start shopping only at smaller grocery stores and never at big chain stores again. We started with Fords. It was a very good experience. Will shop there again. Great cashiers. Very helpful and nice to have a bag person to help us to the truck. Thanks

This store is alright. It's the only grocery store in town which is not good for the customers, and their produce section is lacking. Meats are good and well-priced though!Also, they do not sell any alcohol - just a heads-up, if that's on your shopping list. For that, go to Hammers Drive-thru across the street and half a mile farther downtown.

Only place in town to get groceries. Meat prices and quality quite good. Produce not so much.Has most of what you need and is convenient.What's not to like . I get over 90% of my day to day stuff here.

Love that you can get eggs for .68 a dozen with diamond dollars. They have several values that are wonderful with the diamond dollars you earn when you spend money there

Familys on a budget, fords is great with both pick 5's u have to work with to stay on top of your family meals. Also to add a nice and affordable variety to your families soft drinks selection the bestchoice 5 for $10 is so worth it..
