I usually prefer this location over others, but I just could not go without commenting on my last experience here. I placed a curbside pickup order Saturday night of the previous weekend (6/5/21) to be picked up Sunday. I received my confirmation email. Mind you, the email gives two different instructions. It directs to go ahead and arrive at the store at your chosen time and also to not go to the store until you get a second email. When I ordered a couple weeks prior, I didn't actually read the email until I arrived and had never received that 2nd one, but the person working that day said that their machine wasn't working, but she still managed to get my order.Fast forward to this encounter. As before, I never got that 2nd email, but I stopped by the store anyway after church. When I called from the designated pickup area several times, NO ONE answered the phone. I grew more and more frustrated. I considered going inside, but that whole point of the order was me trying to avoid going in. FINALLY, a young lady answers. When I ask if they are doing curbside pickup that day, she replied, " Ummmm....well, we're kinda shorthanded right now...soooo...I guess not...?" Everything she said was in slow motion. When I say I ordered the night before, she asks me to hold on. She comes back and says she didn't see the order but she could see the email. Then a male voice can be heard in the background, and she says, "What?...my bad..." after which I think I was placed on hold again, and wasn't sure if she was talking to me. After several minutes, she comes back and tells me to call back in the morning and ask for Mr. Bennie or Mr. someone else because they know how to pull up the order. I replied that calling in the morning was not going to help me now because I needed it that day(It was for a family member.) I'd gotten really aggravated at this point, but calmly asked who the manager was. When she said that SHE was, I was speechless for a moment. "You're the manager of the STORE??" She confirmed and said that her name was Ashley when I asked. I wanted to ask if she had just started that day because of her display of uncertainty and lack of knowledge, but I just hung up. If this store is no longer able to offer curbside, they need to remove it from their app. This was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I did check back to make sure I wasn't charged.

I work for a ministry that houses men and women who are in recovery for addiction. I had called this store to request a date to fundraise at their location and had spoke with their store manager who was very rude and would not let me finish what I was saying and hung up on me, this is very unprofessional. It’s not the fact that they said no, it’s the attitude he displayed and the way he represented this business. And if that’s how you treat people on the phone who want to help out your community I wonder how you treat people in person. I am very disappointed with the way he conducted himself and I am going to let corporate know about this. Very rude and unprofessional, I wouldn’t shop here.

The staff at the store are always friendly, helpful, and very down to earth. The products are fresh and very reasonable. Love shopping whenever I am in town. Patience the cashier is a sweetheart.

Great place to shop, older building remodeled and it looks clean and bright. Good meat selection and produce as well as a decent frozen section and very courteous workers and managers.
