I visited Sonic a couple of weeks ago to purchase the pickle fries. I hope they are a permanent addition to the menu.The customer service was great. The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

The food here is always good, I've had good service so far around lunch time. I've ordered through the screen and now through the app. Half price drinks through the app makes this a good place. Best fast food breakfast burritos I've tried, they don't seem to be the microwaved type . The eggs and the sausage in it seemed to be cooked separately just fresh out the grill. I usually eat here because I'm able to get small meals for low price when I'm not extra hungry.

I was kinda suspect when I came in because none of the food looked fresh. My son wanted it, so i stayed. I presented an online coupon for a Two Can Dine, which is 5 pieces, 2 sides, 2 biscuits. I asked what pieces came on it. The employee seemed unaware. I then asked if I could get 2 thighs. She first said no and said, a wing, breast, thigh, leg....so I said, "one more piece." Of course, when I got home, there were 4 pieces of warm, old-tasting chicken.

Food is always good at Sonic. But service at this Sonic location is terrible. I placed an online order at 4:00 p.m. scheduled the pickup at 4:30. When I got there I checked in when they brought my order out to me the car hop told me they just ran out of corn dogs. How could that be when I place an order 30 minutes prior I am very displeased with service at this location. If you can get people's order too. My drinks were not wright.

Tried to give sonic another chance. I know they are short staffed and the manager had a emergency. But I waited 3 hours. Nobody In there damn mind has the patients I had waiting. Who waits 3 hours. But I waited because I knew the struggle and I just wanted my food I paid for. Within those 3 hours 3 people told me my food was being worked on. After those 3 hours I got no food. But just about everyone else did. Idk if my order was to big or. Was only 20$ worth of food. They claimed they refunded me but we will see.

Horrible service. The guy working the drive thru order disappeared after the initial greeting. Pill up to window and I think the girl working it was high, had to repeat the 2 drink order three times. Takes over 10 minutes for 2 drinks. Still in drive thru, waiting...

This location in Gonzales,La rocks! Store#5642 is the one to visit. I drive for Lyft and I had to drop off a rider in Baton Rouge,La, upon returning back to New Orleans I was hungry and decided to take a detour off the highway to this establishment. I was greeted by a happy and welcoming staff member that took my order and repeated it back to me. Within minutes my order was brought to me by a Carhop staffer named Mr.Toby. Mr.Toby was very professional and calling out to me what I odered before giving it to me, which my order was "Hot & Fresh"!. I notice that every vehicle that Mr.Toby brought food to they had a smile on there face because of his outstanding customer service.Mr.Toby is a valuable asset to "Sonic" and he deserves a raise! I also incounter another staffer which is part of "Sonic" management team Ms.Vic which she is very polite and very professional and caring! Ms.Vic goes out her way to make sure that all customers that visit this location, leaves "Happy" and it shows! I recommend all my family and friends to patronize this location to see what the "Fuss" is all about!

We pulled in to a stall, pressed the button and were never acknowledged. After about 10 minutes we pulled out and tried the drive through. Other customers were leaving right and left. We pulled up and ordered but the cashier never came back on. We finally left after a total of over 20 minutes without having our order taken. Bad for business, Sonic! Only gave them 1 star because I had to, with 0 not being an option.

3 cars were there, 3 employees were there, waiting in line to get 2 small ice creams...waited over 25 mins, while the staff walked in circles inside. Ice cream was handed to us melted. Will go up the road next time.

Horrible experience! Food aas cold. Thedrinks were watered down. We had tater yots that were freezer burned. Also,the burger was cold. They remade the food but it was even worst than before.

After having a drink spilled on me, stripping out of my clothes to barely nothing, and wiping down the damped leather seat... the young and respectful guy was still a gentleman. These things happen, and although he had nothing to do with the spill he still was polite to grab more napkins. He was to me considerate and professional. Oh, my fruit was refreshing, lmao. Thank you to the young man who was so kind.

Usually love their food and service but this night the service was terrible and the food was cold when we finally got it. Half of the order was missing so it took another 10 minutes of waiting to get it. French fries were cold and stale. Threw everything away after a few bites. Had our grandchildren with us and had to feed them when we got home because nothing we ordered was edible.

Update !!! The (owner) responded back asking me to call an 800 # so it could be reported to corporate. News bulletin !! Your the owner? That's what it said on reply. How about YOU take care of it !!! Wish I could give zero stars. The sonic by the tanger outlet mall off of interstate 10. Ordered 3 ice creams. Mine was a sunday with nuts as it said "ask for nuts". Came out with NO nuts. When we told them I had no nuts the girl sarcastically said " we dont serve nuts anymore" before we could ask why , she says again with sassy tone of voice, " we are working on it". My sisters order was also wrong. We waited for them to come back out to give a refund but no one ever came back out after a good wait so we just left and they kept our overpayment. Your cocky mouth and bad service will never see us again

Spent $65 on a large order and everything was under cooked, the hamburger patties were still cold and red, the fries were chewy and stale and cold, the tator tots were cold and stale and gummy, the drinks were wrong. Added extra vanilla to all the drinks which I paid for and didn't receive. Didn't even get our onion rings and the cheddar poppers were still frozen in the middle so where the cheese sticks. The fish and crab sandwiches bread were stale and old. Called and complained, which I don't normally do but everything was wrong. There was no manager on site only a shift lead. No prob, she said to bring the receipt, explain what happened with the meal and it would be replaced. Did tht six hours later. Guess what, same thing. Food wasn't cooked. Only difference we got the onion rings which were very undercooked, breading fell off and the onions were cold. Usually I spend $60-70 at Sonic a couple of times a month but I urge people to go to a different location. It's a public safety hazard. Do not take that chance with your families health. I have reported this to the contact section on their website but naturally I have not heard anything back.
