I truly like this place. The people are very friendly. They offer a senior discount and also a military discount. I doubt you can use both discounts at the same time. They were fully stocked, and the place was clean. They even serve lunch plates. I will be shopping here, even though it is out of the way for me.

Great locally supermarket! Friendly staff every time I visit. The eatery inside always smells delicious. We typically get our birthday cakes here and the bakery does a top notch job - no matter how hard of a request we make, they always find a way to get it right. Excellent king cake too!

We were on our way to Dallas and stopped in to buy alligator sausage..... the store was very clean and well stocked. Great selection of sausage. But what really has me leaving this review was there breakfast selection..... their version of pigs in a blanket were amazing..... the staff was very friendly. Great store

This was our first time visiting the Market on Germany Road. The layout was good, very very friendly staff. We live 14 miles away and we will continue shopping here. Better than the Hi Nabor I have l less than a mile from me 👍👍👍😊

I love this grocery store so much. They serve breakfast and lunch, self serve, and its really good quality food. They start putting out the lunch food at 10am. Usually have fried catfish, red beans and rice, bread pudding, baked chicken. There is pizza cooked in a ceramic oven that's really good and cheap 2$ per slice. Great prices too, I'd say you can get a big plate for under 8 dollars no problem. There's always seafood gumbo made in this little gumbo section and corn and crab soup which is delicious. They also grill steaks outside. Produce is always fresh and well stocked. Good coffee in the back. Really I can't say anything bad about this place. The lines move really quickly, it's a grocery store I wish there were more of.

I love getting groceries here. Never a wait to check out. They have good selection too. Ralph's has a small family feel to it and it is a nice contrast to all the big box places.

I rarely came to Ralph’s store but when I do it’s NEVER no one to help you out they always don’t know something instead of helping or trying to find out. They don’t greet their customers when I say they definitely need to take notes lamendola from customer service training.

Ralph's is a great store. I have used both of them in Ascension parish. They have a very good deli with hot lunches with a variety of items to choose from. They also have pizza fresh baked. The beef is very good quality and the steaks are great. We use them often for quick meals and some groceries.

Today was the third time I’ve come to pick up a king cake I’ve placed an order for the day before and they didn’t make it and didn’t even attempt to apologize or do anything to help after only looking around for maybe 45 seconds max. I drove all the way over here for nothing again for the third time. And everyone in the bakery department are also absolutely rude and not helpful at all. Unfortunately this is the last time I’ll use this store. They have excellent products but their staff needs to take a lesson or two in basic manners.

Great store. Helpful people. I love shopping there particularly for supper. The fried fish and shrimp are great.The fresh fruit and vegetables are always fresh. I prefer to shop at the local stores over the nation wide stores. Support you local businesses.

It's a small neighborhood grocery, not rows and rows of stuff but they have all the basic things to get what you're looking for. The plate lunches are awesome, I ordered a poboy there too and it was pretty good and very fair on the price.

I've heard great things about Ralph's cooked food so I decided to call in 2 burgers and fries.I called in at 4:24 pm. I stood there waiting on 2 burgers and fries for 30 mins.I stay down the street from this market and I'm sad to say the food was cold.Not just cold.This burger had to have been sitting there waiting.I'm so upset I don't knw what to do.

Prices here are outrageously high. The aisles are far too narrow and selection is poor. I purchased their homemade sausage and found it loaded with fat and salt. The few times I did go I was never greeted in any manner by any cashier. A few of the sale items that were shown on their circular were not stocked on the shelf. I live less than one mile from the store but won't be going back. I've found Leblanc's to be much better in price and service.

Just have to watch prices and sales. What it shows up as on the sale ad..well it may not ring up that price. Then when it doesn't ring up correctly it starts a big ordeal so I have learned to purchase little here.

You can find just about everything your looking for. The meat is nice. There is a Deli and they serve hot meals like fried catfish and you can get a salad. Service is usually good too.

Ordered from them on waitr. Driver said they hadn't even made the order by the time they got there. On the app for the plate lunch, they have you choose 2 proteins, 2 sides, and 1 of the desserts. Both my boyfriend and I chose this option. He chose his 2 sides and I chose my 2 sides. Both of us only got one side order, and my fries were close to inedible they were so stale. There was also a hair in my bread pudding. We also ordered a pound of fried fish and there was no way that it was a pound, it almost felt like it weighed nothing. Very unlikely to order again.

I had quit going here 3 years back. I received horrible service nearly every single time I shopped there. The service at the deli was so bad it had just become funny to me. It was ridiculous. I timed my last visit there and I waited at the deli to get a half a pound of prosciutto and a quarter pound of either provolone or swiss. I waited 13 minutes. I didn't go back until today.Today I was running errands early and needed to find something quick to eat for lunch, but it was 9:45am. Years ago I would frequently eat Ralphs smoked meats, which were actually really good. Since it was so early their smoked meats were not ready yet. So I found some precooked dirty rice instead. At first glance it looked good and had a good meat to rice ratio. So I grabbed it and headed home.I got home and heated the dirty rice up. It was the worst dirty rice I had ever eaten. I am not being hyperbolic when I say that. It was actually, I'll say it again, the worst dirty rice I have ever eaten.The rice was crunchy and not cooked all of the way. There was absolutely no salt and only very little spice to it. It was horrible.I am not going to waste my time to return it. My time and money has already been wasted. The dirty rice is in the garbage and I will not be back unless it is a dire situation.UPDATE: It is November and I am back shopping here because Rouses ruined what used to be Leblancs. Im keeping it 3 stars for now and I will just be cautious about what I purchase.

Staff is incredibly rude EVERYTIME, from the stock boys all the way to the managers (both male and female.) I guess you have to know the staff (again including the managers) for them to be polite to you. For a neighborhood market they are lacking in the friendly department. I think I would pass out if I could actually get one of the staff to smile at me...
