I've bought cooked food there maybe 3 xs and was pretty good even tho a few flies were eating too. Well yesterday I went in for a few things and the flies greeted me in the produce section. I guess so bc it wasn't the freshest. Every worker looked as if they hated their job bc they weren't too friendly and had mugs on their faces. Except for guy in deli that cut my sandwich meat. Although I had to wait for him to finish his text. Not shopping there again. Rouses I'll go out my way for. Sorry. We are out of town plant workers and and like good, fresh foods.

Perfect little neighborhood store. They're always well stocked and staffed, with typical Associated Grocer's higher pricing, including the super sale items. Very clean, fresh produce and meat, nice deli bar. I preferred the prior deli distribution company before the recent switch, but that's the only complaint I have. Overall, this is a wonderful neighborhood market all around. Thank you!

Today, I stopped by Ralph's Market and purchased a meal from the deli that had been packaged in the cold section. When I heated the lasagna. It definitely exceeded my expectations, and I will certainly purchase it again.

Need to change hours. Arrived 15 min before closed and a worker in the parking lot screamed closed. I understand that 15 mins isn’t a lot before closing time but it’s plenty of time to get milk. Now I have to drive across town for a gallon of milk. Thanks Ralph’s. Just update your hours to accommodate the ACTUAL closing time. Thanks.

The deli food always LOOKS good but tastes super bland. It's like eating food from a nursing home. Room temp and no seasoning just mush. From the shrimp fettuccine to the gravy for the flavorless mashed potatoes. Even the red beans and rice have no flavor! And to charge so much a lb. It's a shame really.

A decent little neighborhood market with a great location. The staff is generally friendly. The store is usually stocked pretty well but we often find certain items are hard to find or sold out. Traffic in the area can be pretty bad as well.

I frequent this location because its very close to my home. They have the finest selection of quality meat, fish, and seafood around. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that in the morning, I guess they restock their cold drinks (that are located in front of the checkout lines) and they are always hot. See unlike most I like an ice cold Coca Cola with my breakfast but the drinks are always hot. other than that this place is perfect.

WATCH YOUR BACKS, RANDAZZO'S! I love, love King Cakes, and am always busting it down to Metairie from Donaldsonville on King Day for my King cake treat. No matter what the time, there is a line blocks long. WELL, CHILE! This year, I tried a strawberry/cream cheese king cake from Ralph's in Sorrento and had to cover my ❤️. Not only was it fresh, but the filling covered the ENTIRE cake. NO POCKETS W/O FILLING! I have found my new King Cake location. Furthermore, they are more economical, which will make it more convenient to ship to my friends and family. THANK YOU, RALPH's MARKET. See ya soon for my shipping supplies!

The location on Germany Road has some rude employees...a male cashier, an older gentleman, was so RUDE. I only visit for deli items no other store has in stock. Other than that I would not shop here.

Competitively priced to big stores. Fresh cut meats with great sales everyday. Very clean and logically arranged to find items. We hardly shop anywhere else. Fast checkout unlike the big box stores who make you self checkout. Great deli too.

I had the worst experience here. I went in to get milk and cereal with my wic card, the manager pulled me out of line, brought me to another register where I had to wait in the front of the store for a special register to be open then the most basic product, milk, "was not in theresystem". Then when I expressed that MAYBE they should fix the system the "manager" told me "she don't have nothing to do with that"🤔 needless to say o was humiliated and didn't even get the basic stuff I went there for.

This was a typical Saturday in gonzales except I was ravished for a nice southern lunch, as my partner in the house had recently become lazy. The entrance to serving area was open and spacious so I could easily make my order with options visible behind a glass shield. The catfish looked appetizing and the beans/rice appeared as if they were flown in to Gettysburg for the surviving troops after Robert E. Lee was victorious. The price was decent but as a daily lunch, it would be unfit for my wallet at $11.48 (not including drink). Checkout was extremely fast because the cashier (who had her branded mask covering her mouth halfway), took 57 seconds to complete the transaction, impressive. I jumped in my 2005 Nissan altima, and raced home to where the feast would begin. The table was set perfectly and I started to dig into the meal. It was presumed that the meal would be delicious and worth another trip back next Saturday. However thou meal was surprisingly the opposite. The fish was harder to tear apart than getting Emily to Come over after a night at BD and the seasoning was so heavy that I could smell again after having covid last week.The beans were very simply prepared; what more could you ask, and the rice felt very rich as the starch seeped from its pores. Overall the trip to Ralphs was better than the food. I promote you to go try it yourself if you induce a rebuttal.

I work for a boat company. This place fills our order for the boat. {Food&cleaning supplies} never fell they mess up the order. How I have no clueIts marked on a order form the QTY 5 cartons of eggs. Why would ya send 5 cartons of eggs whites.???? JS there's a list not hard get what's Mark on the order. Nothing more nothing lessJUST THE LIST. THANK YOU IF YA CARE.

I actually really like this store, with all the Walmart's in the area Ralph's Market is a refreshing change of pace with good beer selection, friendly employees, and generally a nice looking store.However, after going here several times I realized something, every time I came back home my clothes smelled smoky. The store itself has the strong aroma as well (from smoking meats I assume). Many items I've bought there have this smoky smell. I decided to write this after I bought a bottle of water, and not only does the bottle smell smoky, the water TASTES smoky. That is really gross and unacceptable, the owners need to buy/use proper ventilation in their store, if they did this would be a 4-5 star review. But for now, sadly I'll be going back to Walmart.

I was so saddened to see this Ralph’s Market is not enforcing masks in the store as this is the most convenient grocery store for my family new to the area. Even more dishearten as I am pregnant and noticed multiple customers not wearing masks. I verified there are no signs posted stating masks are mandatory in the front door. My husband and I will just have to drive a couple more miles to shop elsewhere and ensure our safety during this pandemic. Smh

Over priced products compared to what I pay in Texas. The fruits are nice & fresh but some cookie products are out of date, some did not have expired date listed. The cashier did not greet me or ask if I found everything I needed like they do in HEB, Costco, Walmart, Brookshire Brothers in Texas.

Every morning before i head 2 work i go 2 this market place they have a full breakfast bar and i mean they have everything you can imagine from breakfast all the way 2 lunch they have everything you need at this breakfast/lunch bar if you haven't stopped here in the morning if your in the area just pass in front one morning and look at how many cars they have in the parking lot at 5:25 a.m. then your gonna know that im telling the truth on how good the hot food is but dont take my word for it just pass one morning on your way 2 work amd see for yourself👍👍👍👍

I found a tooth in my pastalaya. I will not get food from here again! I called the manager and she said this has happen a couple times within the past couple years. Like you think they would change something after it happened once. They said they would refund me and give me more meals, like um I don’t want more meals I’m not coming back.

This store is a joke when u call them they keep u on hold for 30 minutes. The store is most the time dirty and all the buggys are in the parking lot all the time. This was a good store at one time.
