We have used Megan’s since they first opened. They are sweet and caring and our dogs get excited when we get there. They both have raced around the counter to get into the kennel area when we get in the door. They have been well cared for and they have been happy to be there.

I love them! I use them for boarding purposes, and my lil fur baby loves them! She gets excited when we get parked in the parking lot. Best of all, when I pick her up she's in a good mood and never anxious which tells me she had a great stay the entire time. My dog holds grudges 🤣, so if she's ever done dirty, she lets me know.

Dropped my beautiful ShihTzu with long flowing hair for a little trim. When I picked her up to my horror she was almost shaved. Never bathed, she was very clean and mat free when I dropped her off but that was beside the point, nails weren’t clipped and her private areas weren’t clipped, ears weren’t cleaned. I asked was she any trouble just being nice knowing she wasn’t any trouble “oh no, she did just find.” Was the reply. I paid and left but the more I thought about it the unhappier I became. I returned and required a refund, because she received far less in way of procedures than I paid for. I was told I’d best groom her myself. To top it all off the girl proceeds to tell me that had to muzzle her. That was why she looked like she did. I was livid. Never had she ever needed to be muzzled before. Thanks for all the TRAUMA my girl received at your establishment. NEVER AGAIN!!

Customer service was great, I think they're a little expensive though. As well, my doggie has a rash on her belly and has been scratching since she has been home. I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow; not blaming them, just odd.

I have a standard poodle, I have had him groomed here 6 times, every time I have brought a picture showing the cut I wanted. They have come up short every time. This past time they cut the skin of his ears costing 300 in vet costs. I would advise against bringing your pet here if you are looking for quality results.

Good place for decent rate for pet grooming. I choose to remind them each time of special requests and sometimes they fail to clip nails. I have had to request a touch-up around the muzzle. But my dog isn't being groomed for show so small imperfections don't mean a lot to me. For the price compared to other groomers I am happy to continue go use this service.

If you love your dog DO NOT send them here!!!!!! I’m a Neuromuscular Therapist and travel for work, working long hours. I boarded my dog here while I was away for work; after picking my dog up I noticed she was limping really bad. She was limping so bad she couldn’t climb into her bed or get out the car by herself. I immediately called them concerned as to what happened to her because it was Noway they couldn’t have seen she was limping. Well the boarding manager Victoria got rude and stated that it didn’t happen there and there’s nothing they can do. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me several of times. I asked to speak with the owner and Victoria told Me I’ll get a call sometime next week! Completely unacceptable!! I was beyond hurt by disregard the manager had Regarding my dog being hurt. Just horrible! To the vet we go and it Looks like I have to take further action!

I rated this place three stars because I have brought my dog Kanye to them before for boarding and had a great experience. However, I just left from picking Kanye up after a weeklong boarding stay and he was scheduled to get a wash and nail trim. When I got there to pick him up I was told no one got to him and a very nonchalant, ”sorry about that.” It didn’t make me very happy to pick my dog up unwashed when that was the agreed upon service at drop off.I drive from Baton Rouge to this place because of the great service id received from them in the past but now it’s definitely not worth the drive for boarding and grooming if no one will be grooming him.Lost a customer

I brought my dog, Raja, to be shampooed& was very saticfied with the whole visit. Raja was happy when I picked her up. They did a great job at grooming Raja. 3days after her visit she began to shed! When I bathe Raja, the next day she sheds! THANK YOU ALL AT MEGAN'S PET CHATEAU! SAY IT LIKE ARNOLD: I'LL BE BACK!
