My boyfriend and I were on a search for a trailer hitch sleeve to fit his truck to haul a car trailer we had been to several stores and receive no luck along with help from the store employees, our luck was run out until we walked through the doors of harbor freight. They were quick to help us find everything we needed and given the circumstances. The store manager (I can’t remember his name) helped us to the full extent of his limits and made sure we got everything we needed at a fair price. The customer service was incredible.

These people are the greatest! My appointment was not til 2 days later and they happily unloaded upon arrival when they opened! Furthermore I have never met such nice caring considerate helpful courteous respectful people! They deserve noticeability!!!

Has always had what I went in for. Is hard to find some stuff without assistance which is challenging to obtain at times. I wish their app had each store mapped out in it so I could easily find items.

I called about a certain item. It just so happened someone just brought it back still in the box untouched, it was the last one available. I had a coupon for it, but the lady couldn't get the register to take it. She called over the manager and they honored the coupon. Great all around service... I'll be returning here for sure. Very good experience all around.

Literally the worst retail experience I've had in decades.- 3 people working in the entire store including 1 open register with an enormous line- Their "system" was down so they were hand-writing paper tickets, using calculators to determine the total, and using those old fashioned credit card sliders. My credit card didn't have the raised numbers on the front (most don't nowadays) so they couldn't take payment.- Out of stock on an item that showed available today online.- Air conditioner ALSO broken, so it was sweltering in there- Girl at the register was the slowest cashier I have ever seen. Answered the phone with a line of 12 people behind her and kept getting angry at us for not taking "proper" photos of the prices (we were told to take photos due to the system being down). After asking me "what's the tax rate here?" she then proceeded to try to write my credit card number down which is the BIGGEST retail no-no there is.Manager: you need to CLOSE the store when you can't even operate correctly. Dozens of customers just dropped the stuff where they were and walked out, including myself. Sometimes it's not worth staying open than risking permanently ticking people off. Went to Lowe's across the street and gave them my money - and I hate that place.

Went to get last minute Christmas gift for my hubby. Noone around to ask for help. I have noticed everytime I go in there the cashiers are rude. This time was no exception. Cashier was rude, didn't smile, didn't say hey how u doing, nothing. So sick of horrible customer service! Like its 3 days before Christmas.

Check the coupons very close. When you get to the store you will find it can't be used for some reason or another. Print is extremely small and is unreadable when you try to enlarge it.

The place for people who abuse tools or don't use them the way they are supposed to. I get my tools there because I don't use them everyday for a living so the quality is right on par for someone of my stature. If it breaks, I can replace it for cheap, that day usually. Here lately there's been a few things out of stock but that's every where you go.

How about y'all add a FEW Made in USA products on them shelves?!!! Y'all aren't just about cheap to buyers, you are convenient, but I'd like to be able support American workers a little more conveniently. I don't care if it's food, get SOMETHING in there please!

Some people will not buy harbor freight tools I have found in my experience in my business that the cheaper the tool does not always mean the that the tool will not last as long but that cheaper tools last you just about as long as one that cost double that so I will tend to buy a cheaper brand of tools because my business does not stop

I love harbor freight. I find so many items I can use at home. Not just men enjoy d.i.y. They also give free gifts weekly with purchases. The prices are cheapest from anywhere else and quality is better.

Store does not keep up with store pickup inventory so even tho it says in stock it is not. All other stores are more accurate.

Harbor Freight can be a good place to get a variety of tool & hardware type needs at a good price. But you have to watch to make sure what you're buying is a good quality. Most things (90%) here are okay, but some are Chinese made, & sub par. Just look at the fit & finish, & the build of the item. That being said, the staff at this particular store was quite helpful in finding what I was looking for. 4 star... Not 5, because some of the wares are cheaply made.

Absolutely stupendous. I love this store. Setting me loose with a pocket full of money in this store would be very dangerous. I try to go back at least once a month.
