This has got to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to…. Every time. After going and getting horrible services and usually ending up leaving without food, I’ll try again a month later and same service never fails. Today we tried once again. The guy working couldn’t even manage to take our order through the drive through, wanted us to drive around. I don’t know if they have been missing employees or a manager for the last ten years I’ve lived here but good lord!

I went thru the drive thru the guy taking my order rushed me thru My order an was very rude. I get to the front to pay at the window the same guy that took my order was an African American guy *looked like a bigger version of Carlton from fresh prince* I get one bag I notice half my food is not there so I told him an was trying to tell him the burgers I had in the bag I didn't know if it was the plain one or the ones with cheese. He proceeded to cut me off so very rudely again got to burgers threw them in a bag an tossed it to me.i just hope an pray he isn't a manager cause he deff should not work in customer service. I been in retail for over 30 years I have never treated anyone that way not even close. I hope someone checks up on this because it looks bad on the business. Oh an I live in maurepas I get all the way home an nothing was done right nothing....

The female (I'm assuming manager) just sits outside smoking with her boyfriend making racist comments about people even as I was putting my son in the car. Not child friendly anyways, with no child changing station and the highchairs had such a layer of grime....Kid-friendliness: High chairs had layers of grime. No baby changing station.

Literally ALLLL of the 1 star reviews are believable about this place. Once you order, you are instructed to pull to a parking spot where you and 4 other cars are waiting for their food. It took 30 minutes AND me going inside the store to receive my order. General management needs to step in QUICKLY.

The place was clean not much but not very dirty but the bad thing is... short in staff. The waiting wasn't bad but the food wasn't good.... the burgers were cold and a little bit burn on the other hand the fries are good.

Terribly slow. Waited 30 mins in drive thru for 2 whoppers and 2 small fries. Really???What could possibly have taken that long?They could have slaughtered a cow in that time.The ONLY saving star was the young man who brought the order out was very nice and kind.

I just bought my friend and I some food which cost $15. My fish sandwich was hard, burnt and cold. My friend’s hamburger was sloppy and falling off the bun and cold, the fries was cold. I know it’s almost Christmas and you all are busy. However, you still have to make customers orders correctly. If you don’t want to work then stay home. I want a refund!

Family of three, we spent $25, got 3 cold, underdressed Whoppers, 3 orders of cold, undercooked fries, dirty lobby floor, very messy drink station, very messy floor behind the counter and into the kitchen.We have been to this location very many times, but the last few visits have been substandard service, cleanliness and food. James was friendly, though. We chose not to complain about the meal this last visit because of the condition of the floor going into the kitchen. We weren't sure if we could trust they would remake our food without anger. Sadly, we won't return to this location.

I haven’t had a burger in a while, which I was craving. So I decided to stop at burger king on airline next to wal mart. I expected a hot whopper but instead I got a cold one, fries were also cold. I’ll never have a burger from Burger King ever again

These people don't get in a hurry for anyone. The place was not busy. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than doing their job. I was the only person in line and 2 cars in the drive through but it took them almost 10 minutes to take my order. After I did order, it took 25 minutes for my food to be ready. It was 4 burgers, 4 small fries, and a 10 peice chicken nuggets.

Don't waste your time. I ordered 2 burgers and one was a meal supposed to be plain. Not hard right? Well I made the mistake of not looking so made it the 15min home the recipt was right but the order wasn't! Drove back told them what happened she came to the window probably 5 times to ask what it was I wanted. I get the one burger and it was still wrong! Told them 5 times just a burger with only cheese I get it and there no cheese and it looks like it sat for two days!! It was a complete waste of money!!

Let me just say the night manager has got to be the rudest winch I've ever encountered. Not only was she rude to us, she was worse to her employee. The cashier that took our order was precious. I told her I didn't know how she worked there because I would've already slapped that manager's jaws. We were overcharged for our food and when my husband went back inside to complain her exact words were "What do you want me to do about it"? We were so disgusted. I will never eat at this place again. I feel so sorry for the employees that have to work for the wicked witch of the west.

Airline by Walmart in Gonzales. 6:39am. Lobby closed and no one answers the drive thru. This is a common occurrence at this location. Don't go out of your way to order from here because there's a good chance they aren't taking orders.

I'm rating this low in hopes for improvement because Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. That said I've been experiencing so many issues for some time now & at other locations also. Now that it is drive thru only due to covid I've learned never to drive away without pulling over & checking my order. Just days ago a burger & fries were missing & my order was only for two people. My friend went inside to have it corrected. We had no problems having my order fixed. We drove home. I went to eat my meal & it was incorrect. I eat mine plain. It had everything on it. This is after having to go back inside when part of my order was missing in the beginning. It happens too much at this location & others. Of course you can call & some will credit you for nxt visit but that doesn't fix order at the time. Also if you crave a shake or ice cream w/in an hour before closing always the machine is broke. Do better Burger King. Your customer is requesting so.

There's a new morning manager at this location during the week. Don't know his name but he's got a country accent. Burger King is lucky to have him. This young man exemplified great customer service in my last two visits.

To be fair to the employees, seemed to be short handed. Had everyone pulling to the side to wait for orders, which don't mind doing so due to getting your food fresh and hot. But one day after pulling over to wait on my order, after 10 minutes, I went inside to check about my order. I had to wait right at 20 minutes. There was people coming in to get their order and walking out that was there after me. I asked for my money back..... Had my food in 2 minutes.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They charged me 9 dollars for a 6 dollar double whopper special they had on their window. And said I could have only gotten it at six if I said I wanted it at 6 dollars. How crazy is that. It says it on the window! They wouldn't give me my money back and do the 6 dollar special. This place should fire all of management and start over. They apparently don't care about the customers at all.
